  1. Oh yeah, he fighting weed and his phone. You can see the phone in his hand so even if there was weed in on around this phone, how the fuck is he hiding it? These people have no excuse their lives just compound action. I was being corrupt they wanna hide the truth from the American people the American people need to know the truth they need to not fight back. They need to know first they need to know that their lives depend on their actions, especially if you’re not a white male

  2. simple….legalize weed across the usa once and for all! Fed needs to step it up! More and more foia requests will get you edited, muted conversations, starting or ending location of body cams…and as long as that is happening cell phones must be allowed to record.

  3. It’s funny how in his videos he manipulates his wording to justify grading poorly. Overall, he does a decent job, but if you look at his videos, he’s just as bad as the media. He’s definitely swinging direction every time.

  4. If the first person arrested was clearly recording, it would have really helped his case. IF he was making a phone call, it would hurt hsi case. Not sure about just possessing the phone in one's pocket.

  5. These are the exact reasons why we need to abolish the police department we live in a country that only protects the wealthy. That’s all police were even put into play for. all it is is to protect the rich from the poor so they say it was a way for the Rich to control. The poor is what it really is. It was away for the rich to form and fund a legal gang and now it’s up to us citizens to abolish this system we have the court system everything the entire judicial system is a joke innocent people get locked up every day while the real criminals get to walk the streets and sip on their margaritas on their private jets

  6. I hate seeing this shit but these youngins gotta learn how to stay calm and articulate themselves in a manner that’s not going to make them escalate. They just itching to fire one of they ass up, the arrest was inevitable once the first one went in cuffs. 🤦🏾‍♂️

  7. Watching these videos, I am becoming convinced that we have less freedom in America than in countries like Russia, North Korea, etc. It is becoming Exceedingly difficult to be a young black man in this screwed up country. “Driving while black” in the USA is risking your life

  8. After binge-watching this channel for hours and hours and hours, I am left with the following impression and opinion:
    What an absolutely corrupt country!
Literal murderers, thieves and other CRIMINALS run your country, in politics, industry, media and banking; yet this is the nonsense that the citizenry is subjected to?

    Land of the free?
    Hardly…

  9. This officer violating citizens rights and was giving unlawful orders. Then officer's make false aligations in the arrest escalating the situation lying to the citizens. In most states the smell of marijuana is no longer a reason to search. Officer's kneeling on citizens back should be no longer acceptable if citizens aren't trying to get up and flea. Cops lying should be noted in every court appearance and officer's word alone shouldn't be accepted without body cam proof of crimes accused. Officer's have lied on affidavits, and when under oath too many times and found to be lying later for their words alone to every be credible again.

  10. So none of that says they deserve a C- they deserve F- and fired and jailed pension taken complete BS all the way around these cops were pathetic POS's criminals period

  11. This was a very convoluted matter. Many moving parts and considerable inconsistency on behalf of some of the things the officers permitted versus things they prohibited.

It was very clear that the police escalated the matter, as opposed to trying to de-escalate. I also feel as though the last person they wrestled to the ground, was a case of excessive use of force.

In all, I believe the grade of C- for the police officers is a bit too high. In my view, a D or even a D- is more appropriate. I hope an update concerning this one, will be posted in due course.
