Both cops not interested in them kids story of what happened. They was already ready to defend the chief. First cop picking in his nails like I hope he finish telling this story. They didn’t believe them even though they got it on camera
I'm disgusted by the way the female officer tried to twist up the teens' words and story to protect the off duty pig who started the interaction. 😮
The female cop is trying her best to make criminals out of these kids,so she can help this cop get out of this sh*t show he just caused

No side to care about here, both wrong.
Saying that the second man's explanation is dubious is a little absurd. The fact that his wife is with him is meaningless. If he really had to walk the site to check drainage he could very well decide to do it when he was in the area.
The only reason the cops stopped him after the first encounter is because he hurt their feelings. If he had just walked away that would have been the end of it. Everything that happened after that followed from that.
Why were the cops in the construction zone and they have nothing to do with construction? They can walk around the outside like everybody else stay the hell out of the construction site. They have no reason to be in there protecting it or not. They can protect it from the outside dumb f*** cops. I'm only about a minute into this video and I freaking hate them cops already
I'm wondering about this. Chief assaulting an 18-year-old rather you get fired disband whatever one question was this Chief carrying his firearm which could have escalated to a shooting? He should have been put in jail, not just disbarred retired. His retirement should be revoked. She go to work at Walmart or a flower shop flippenburg or someplace
The kids said the cop was better than him know he's not no cop is better than you they're beneath you always their welfare check comes from your mom and dad's taxes and yours too if you work

The cop just got mad because the guy told him to kiss his axx.
You can really tell how badly he wanted to escalate to violence when the guy said “I can insult you all I want” and the cop replied “go ahead, assault me”

The process the cops use to establish testimony really disturbs me. She keeps asking this kid clarifying questions from entirely different parts of the timeline of events, and then demanding he clarify what happened first in what order, it's like she is trying to cause confusion. Why? Ask about the sequence of events, ask clarifying questions about each step in that sequence AS it is reached? Why keep jumping back and forth between different parts of the story and then interrupting him with interrogative questions about which things happened first when? It feels like a psychological tactic used by a confidence trickster trying to confuse the brain to distract it from their watch being stolen or something. Not only that, many of her questions were leading and loaded, casually including the word "poke" instead of jab, for instance. If he hadn't corrected her and had just nodded, would that become his official testimony? Repeatedly discussing on the part where he said he could hit the guy back, as if he was intending to or perhaps had done so. It's almost like gaslighting.

That guy who got detained pissed me off because he felt entitled to walk tjrough a construction zone.
Those cops are worse. They detained him b/c he hurt one of the cop's feelings? Threatened to arrest his son b/!c it would punish the entire family?
The chief is the epitome of an old man yelling at the kids to get off his lawn!😂
Ive seen this interaction several times, and it reminds me of when i was a kid getting yelled at to get off the lawn. I will not to be that guy.
The second guy was kind of an ass but thats not a law.
They told him to leave, he gave some story, that nobody believed, about inspection of the site. If that was bs, why wasn't the wife there? She was waiting on the other side of the fence.
He turned to leave, as they instructed him at first, said a bad word then went hands on.
Also, the wife should shut up and have his back.
She probably talked him into not pushing for any justice because they threatened the son.
The police chief only retired so he could keep his pension. I hope that’s what he used to pay the settlement…
