Bodycam footage shows the moment surrounding a police chase that involved a mother who kidnapped her daughter after losing custody rights in 2022. Florida authorities said Pamela Cabrera abducted her 5-year-old from her sister’s home after the family member denied giving her visitation. On March 31, 2022, Cabrera was taken into custody after being rescued from a retention pond in Jacksonville, Florida after a lengthy pursuit. Cabrera’s daughter was in the car and did not survive. An arrest report shows, Cabrera led officers on a 30-mile high-speed chase with her 5-year-old daughter in tow before ultimately crashing into a retention pond. There’s no way that she would have stolen that baby in my sight. Now how earlier she wasn’t allowed on the caregiver yard but then later on you allow her to come back on your yard & see the child. Make it make sense. You should have called the police when she came back on your yard.

Homeless, most likely jobless and relying on welfare, pregnant with another baby possibly with a different deadbeat dad this time, with mental health issues… makes me think those dystopian plots of getting an authorization to procreate is not so bad at all. That 2nd call they got when the sister said the women was going into the yard trying to get to her room, that was the minute she should have been trespassed and arrested, that poor girl would've been alive today

It absolutely disgusts me that she kidnapped her daughter and killed her, and then they're required to get medical for her. She doesn't deserve medical. The innocent child she's unfortunately pregnant with does, but it will likely meet the same or worse fate.
