That wasn't a warrantless arrest, that was just kidnapping. It should be prosecuted as such
This might be a silly question but: when you asked if there were any attorneys that would like to file for him, how does this process work in a potential federal case?
Does this mean he’ll have to hire an attorney (pay to play)? Or, are these cases just picked up by interested attorneys that are confident they can score a win?
I’d like to know what happened after this. Is there a follow up? These cops need to be reprimanded for their behavior. This is a clear violation of the guy’s rights.
Being social is a crime in Ohio? Creepy cops.
I don’t get why they’re allow that thin blue line flag on our uniforms
Just walking down the sidewalk and minding his own business! Here comes the idiot cops just to harass.someone! Didn't know the person's rights and arrested him!! For what!!!!!!!!! Walking down the sidewalk 😮😮😮😮
I see these as chances to practice the virtues of silence, humility, patience so I can practice one of the deadly sins revenge later in the courts.
You rule, dude
Up talking to a wasted feller is not a skill. He should have let him go, maybe take him to his accommodations. They have nothing better to do than harass an obliviously super intoxicated citizen
Always learn so much.
What a waste of time.
Wouldn't a safety escort back to the hotel with a warning serve All better.
Cop opened his cup….
WITHOUT A SEARCH WARRENT !!!!
How can this be fixed !? A wrongful arrest and the officers probably didnt even get a verbal correction .
He handled it well, but he's talking to much.
He's talking to much
Would be nice if the prosecutor could be reprimanded for not prosecuting these overzealous cops. The prosecution failed their duty of protecting the public from these rotten cops!
I have a question if a prosecuting attorney. Seie a cop, break a Law on the video. Why are they not obligated to uphold law and to go? After the police officer who broke the Law it should be no difference to them on who breaks the law. Their job to prosecute anybody who breaks the law. Is that not correct?
I'm very interested how to get 911 audio I live in Nebraska and they claim they aren't public record I've been trying to get a specific 911 audio and they refuse to release it unless I take them to court
out of control pigs, is there a follow up?
White privilege
What would Rambo do?
Thank you so much for putting yourself out there like this. I was wondering watching your videos, and in one mentioned you have a family, have you had any troubles with any one for putting yourself out there like this? Brave soul sir… keep up your good work. God bless you ❤
Bud didn't continue with his train of thought, but i think he'd tried to convey a distinct corralled resemblance between Zionsville Israeli treatment of Palestinians and American cops !
Just guessing lol
Body scan sounds like radiation poisoning to me.
They're trying to have a reasonable conversation with a man who's under the influence. That in itself makes no sense. Now, they didn't witness a crime. All they had was a 911 call. When they show up they're going to arrest up you whether it's legal or not.
These fuckin Karen Calls will be the death of this beautiful country. "…call Daddy somebody is doing something I don't like…"
If he would have known his rights he probably would have not gone to jail. More dirty cops.
THE MOST DANGEROUS CRIMINALS IN AMERICA…
Rookie mistake. Ya gotta use the term. Stop resisting
When ever police officers are asking questions, you should think that it's interrogation in order to arrest you. Tell the police officers that you want your attorney before answering questions.
Obviously it doesn't pay to lick their boots, yes sir, no sir …
So what the hell is the issues these cops have besides the need to be fascist. Do they need to be sued for several tens of millions to learn their duties better.
Sue sue sue or they will never stop this behaviour.
Again publis bullies with nothing better to do that play games. They could have just told him to go home. He did nothing wrong. It’s not against the law to be drunk you have to be causing a disturbance I thought.

Thanks for providing clean drinking water to underserved countries Bud. ✌️
I had something very similar happened to me except I wasn’t intoxicated. I was sleepy. I took a power nap and got arrested out of my parked car thrown in a cell for eight hours and left to walk back to my car because I was tired. They wrote drunk and disorderly because they had to fit the narrative, I’m hoping I can find an attorney that will help me that. Is it worth it to try to sue?
😮
The more I watch these videos the more I don’t trust anyone
YWhen cops make unlawful arrests, or do anything wrong that can't reasonably fall into the category of a mistake, they need to be prosecuted by the government. That's already the law isn't it? Why aren't more people trying to hold the police department or District Attorney accountable to this? Wouldn't you just have to contact them about it? I get that they have bias though. But still. If a cop broke a law, they broke a law. Citizens would be outraged if they heard a court dismiss a case against a cop who clearly committed a crime
Don't you think it would be a good idea if you explain to your viewers, Exactly why the founding fathers worded the Constitution as they did.
Ok, once upon a time, this land we call America was a British colony, doing this time the founding fathers lived under the Kings rule. (Tyranny)
The British soldiers could and did stop, search, demand papers (ID) and come to the colonists homes, kick the door open and search. The soldiers didn't need a warrant, they didn't even need probable cause.
So after the 1776 victory, the colonists/founding fathers, having lived under Tyranny, designed the Constitution To prevent Tyranny.
When the Constitution was put to a vote, there were those that opposed it then and still oppose it today.
So the question is who are that would oppose the Constitution, a document that gives the people power over the Government.
There's your answer, The Government/law enforcement. See when the colonists won, they began there own policing, problem was, they styled it after the British, Yes our court system, our prisons, probation and policing even today operates 99% as the British.
so to continue to operate using the British policing techniques, they had to oppose the Constitution, they still do.
Here's where we can get them
The founding fathers intended criminal charges when a Government official violated citizens rights under the color of law.
We need to start a campaign to seek criminal charges against cops when they violate a citizen's rights.
The founding fathers weren't playing, they had suffered living under Tyranny.
The Constitution back's the Campaign.
Seriously people, you sue a cop, the city pays, you sue a cop the city pays.
History teaches us, this will Never make them stop,
Force cops to learn the Constitution prior to taking the oath, that's reasonable, then when they violate it, they cannot claim they didn't know.
Next, criminal charges.
That's what the founding fathers intended.
That's what will MAKE THEM STOP.
Sue the owner of the gas station / curb market .
Disgusting Nazis – hope they get sued
Please don’t talk to the cops! EVER!
In big suburban areas they fuck around n do dumb shit too only in massive cities do they have constant work and stay out of peoples hair otherwise if it's not a massive city they're out harassing people
All I see are two drunk cops harassing a law abiding citizen.
16:18 wow, they just made that guy a millionaire.
Do i have to answer…. Oh, we just making sure your safe. Why they drag this out rather than wish him back into his hotel room .
