Sarah Boone Judge Forces Accused Suitcase Killer to Represent Herself in Murder Trial – Everything Law and Order Blog

The Florida woman accused of suffocating her boyfriend to death in a suitcase and recording him crying out for help while locked inside is set to represent herself at her upcoming murder trial. Boone has gone through eight public defenders since her arrest in 2020. The judge overseeing the accused suitcase killer’s case has rejected her request to have standby counsel to assist her at trial, effectively forcing her to represent herself. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber breaks down the latest development in Boone’s legal saga.

  1. 😂😂The irony of her calling someone a " bafoon" 😅ummm has she actually seen herself with a mirror 🪞 🤔 🤣
    She's a spitting image of ……
    ……… ok, I'll stop here 😂😂😂😂😂

  2. She claimed her boyfriend was an alcoholic, but I didn't hear if she said she was also an (obvious) alcoholic. But her boyfriend unfortunately learned the hardest way not to ever put your life into the hands of an alcoholic, lest you end up zipped up in a suitcase with them laughing at you while you suffocate to death because they're detached from reality

  3. I think the biggest point in her case is that her defence is that she fell asleep unintentionally, and woke up finding him dead. BUT, a couple of times in her interrogation, she says I haven’t had any sleep last night! Did u sleep or not? Cause it’s a whole different story if she was up all night and listened to and watched him die!!!!

  4. No Sarah, you had 4 years with different lawyers to discuss the case and you lived it so shouldn’t be hard to understand. The court sees through your woah is me attitude and manipulation.

  5. As for no access to a computer, who does she think people did things pre computers. I'll inform you: pen and paper, and books. Thats it pre computers if you wanted to look up a case notes you would require a book of cases for that court. Just because today most things are accessible online doesn't mean you get special treatment in jail. If you don't like the rules then don't break the law.

  6. The murderer in this case, was playing a game to delay and delay the court case. Everything she did during this case was a delay tactic which fked her up big time. But she wasn't happy even after the delays she wanted, neigh demanded special privileges in jail which again failed due to jail rules, rules which can't be changed due to safety of all in jail and the guards. the sooner she gets locked away in prison and the key thrown away the better.
