  1. Thank you for being here! Be sure to give The Random Patriot your support if you enjoy his auditing style. There's a link to his channel in the description box. If you'd like to support our channel, then just stick around and watch the full episode or let it play to the end. That helps us out with the algorithm. Likes and subs are always appreciated as well. Hope you have a great day!

  2. Auditor is super vexatious, he is also ignorant and looks to pick fights with cops, like when he told the officer that he "left his vehicle on" when he's just too dumb to understand how a blinking dashcam light works. Everybody in this video is a dumb dumb stupid head

  3. It is easy to get irritated about this but these people that decide to confront the cops about the constitution need to stop with the smart remarks. They don't get thru to the cops.
This is the only person I seen that seems like he wants to actually want the cops to learn but still had to say something smart like walk of shame.
Ask to start over and talk more about the rights we have then only smart comments.

  4. Theres a reason they dont have cams..
Corruption.. they know theyll have to pay out because then the cops word against the accused wouldnt work anymore

Its a clear sign the city mangers are corrupt and like their law enforcement nice n tyrannical

  5. Even though these 'auditors" are often technically in the right, occasionally you get guys like this who are such insufferable pricks that you just can't side with them. And….if he's a local, he better believe they'll remember him.

  6. All the officers were woefully ignorant of the Constitution and worse mistakenly believed they had the right to infringe upon the guy with the camera……that said the video could have been around 5 min max if we excised a bit of auditors attitude…..all his goading of them did was keep the……obviously impassable…..argument going…..like arguing with a brick….it gets boring fast…sometimes it best to just make your point and that's that…..he quickly showed the officers didn't even know the very basics…..asking them for "elements" of a Const Amendment is like asking them what Quantum mechanics is……same blank stare 😂

  7. I absolutely HATE that auditors say they are journalist. It give EVERYBODY the wrong impression of the first amendment. Like you need to be affiliated with some network to film. Like you need credentials.
Its presents like your standing up for a reporters rights not the average citizen.
In my opinion this is the most common failure of auditors besides concrete knowledge of law.

  8. the citizens have the right to police their police we should be allowed to go in any place anytime who knows what kind of a brothel the government officials are running I was in the Navy treasure Island I know what kind of a brothel they run there it is a brothel except nobody's being paid

  9. While entertaining, I think we can agree that he was fishing. Immediately threatening lawsuit. In my humble opinion, this isn’t too far off of break checking in hopes of being rear ended. “You’re nothing but content”. That’s distasteful

  10. what the those police fail to understand, is who they serve.. they serve everyone they come in contact with, within their city, county or state, respectfully.. residents and visitors alike.. this crap, "you dont live here, I dont serve you" … "is bullshit" …. DO BETTER LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!

  11. you need to emphasize private you have to be removed lawfully from public which is criminal did you hit somebody are you drunk are you threatening public private property anybody anytime could tell you to leave and you go that's easy there has to be exposure aggressive exposure to the difference between public and private and what about 501c3 now there's another one I like to throw in there a church that receives public funding which it can be argued that 501c3 is a privilege from the government which is public they have a problem YMCA habitat etc receiving public money

  12. I must say. If you are a police officer in any country any state any place in the world. you should know the Most basic law. In this case its the 27 us amendments. Now i must practice that i know them by heart cause i neither live in the us. or am a police officer. and i dont have the right to gauge them as how they are written and documented. but if you cant say what each amendments as a police officer no less than a lieutenant. you are not qualified.
