  1. The first story is the best example of why you should not be required to provide identification to an officer when a crime is not involved. That officer most likely would have used that information to target the homeowner with retribution. Given the circumstances and comments of the homeowner this altercation may have been retribution from a prior incident.

  2. How is it that review of constitutional related case law isn't required continuing education for police officers? It should be mandatory that every time a federal court anywhere makes a determination on police activity and constitutional rights, that every officer in every department must study the ruling and pass a test to remain certified. Most officers don't know the law because their training in the law is brief and not revisited, even as laws or interpretations change.

  3. Why is perjury and deception by cps in family court ignored ? After the first perjury when isn't it now human trafficking protected by qualified immunity . Honest individuals don't need protection for crimes only criminals do!

  4. It's becoming more and more frequent lately that cops say, "are you one of these crazy constitutionalist guys"? in these police interaction videos. Seems like this is the new label used by LEOs. "Crazy Constitutionalist" is scary to hear, used in a negative context, by government enforcers. They're saying the quiet part, out loud.

  5. I don’t believe the Police owe anyone a welcoming or helpful demeanor, especially if they’re filming, it may be constitutionally protected but it’s almost always a hostile action or at least can be perceived as a hostile action by police when you do film them and they’re under no obligation to be nice to you if you do it they just can’t order you to do anything lawfully if they don’t have any other reasonable suspicion.
