  1. This tyrant cop knew that this guy was allowed to record the traffic stop, he just didn't like it. He's a bully who wants to order people around and intimidate them. His ego demands that you genuflect in his presence and "kiss the ring", and when you challenge his self-perceived authority, his anger issues surface… That POS should be fired, as he is dangerous.

  2. “Unless they are suspected of committing a crime citizens do not have to id”

    “Citizens are allowed to record.”

Cops should be forced to write that 10 times on a chalkboard before every shift.

  3. My son was being followed and felt harassed by a city police officer so he drove up to the officer and asked the officer why he was following him and harassing him. The officer got out of his patrol unit and demanded license and registration. My son advised that he didnt do anything wrong and wasnt on a traffic stop. The officer said yes you are, I was going to pull you over for a rear back up lamp being out now license and registration. My son held his license up in the window (even though the officer already knew who he was) and again told him that he didnt do anything wrong. My son was recording with his cell phone. The officer reached in the vehicle, unlocked the door and said now your under arrest and handcuffed him. The officer said he was charging him with resisting also when he clearly did not resist. He was taken to the city pd and fingerprinted and released with the 3 citations to appear in county court. During the arrest the officer took his cell phone away from him and placed it on the vehicle. The 3 officers involved can be seen on body cameras muting and unmuting their audios. We requested sunshine request but nothing was provided but the body camera and a highlighted section reference the Missouri Sunshine Request stating records don't have to be provided until a person has went to court. The whole stop is wrong. His rights were violated. Any suggestions on the best way to handle this wrongful arrest? Attorney is an option but thats what they want is to cost a person money but the officers dont usually get disciplined.

  4. First he doesn't need to be a Cop with those kinds of Anger and Bullying issues
Next, the Other Cop was smooth, he stayed within the Thin Blue Line while still helping the Auditor out on the side…classy…

  5. 25 feet. Strange that that's where most production mics start to fail at picking up voices over ambient sounds. Interesting that that's a distance at which a knife wielder would not be able to reach a gun user. Almost like they just linked a camera to a knife. Hmmm

  6. homie in the back signaling for him to cut it out cuz he knows its a violation of rights to demand he stop filming should have stepped in. This shows they had knowledge of wrongdoing and proceeded to tread on his rights and his fear of his superior cost him his dignity and probabl
y a lot of money. You should uphold the law regardless of how it makes you look to your gang

  7. Police departments in the USA seems to only hire people who can act compulsive and impulsive that’s why they kill so many innocent people because they are brainwashed that the public is against them so they are always on the edge – very dangerous- we also all know that cops deal with the impossible dealing with criminals but that can’t invalidate the people’s rights .
