  1. The police culture of WE vs Not-us instead of WE vs Criminals is partially to blame. Their sense, based in reality, of immunity leads to impunity. There's a definite lack of training, accountability and vetting going on too.

  2. The theme I'm seeing with cops is they "create" a situation with a citizen who isn't committing any crime & escalate it to felony charges & jail for the innocent citizen. Mean while a killer or thief or rapist doesn't fear the cops because they know the cops won't put their "safety" in danger for real crime fighting.

  3. Gotta love the cops asking him questions which he replies to only to then tell him to shut up… If you don't want him to answer then why ask? Or do they want an excuse to rough him up because he won't reply?

  4. I watch this arrest unfold and I really try to understand the mindset of the police officer. He is a public servant, sworn to serve uphold the law and serve the people. If I were a cop and saw that guy I'd want to make sure that he was not so intoxicated that he might have a bike accident. Then I would attempt to see that he got home safely. Period.
