Why isn't that cop in jail for assault and battery
The theme I'm seeing with cops is they "create" a situation with a citizen who isn't committing any crime & escalate it to felony charges & jail for the innocent citizen. Mean while a killer or thief or rapist doesn't fear the cops because they know the cops won't put their "safety" in danger for real crime fighting.

I watch this arrest unfold and I really try to understand the mindset of the police officer. He is a public servant, sworn to serve uphold the law and serve the people. If I were a cop and saw that guy I'd want to make sure that he was not so intoxicated that he might have a bike accident. Then I would attempt to see that he got home safely. Period.
