Christopher Gregor was found guilty of several charges including aggravated manslaughter after he forced his six-year-old son to run on a treadmill because he believed the young boy was “too fat.” Gregor’s son, Corey Micciolo, died from the injuries he sustained from the abuse. Gregor could be sentenced to 40 years behind bars from this crime.

I think if you are a murderer and are caught, should spend more than 25 years for it. Especially if it's a child who has no defense. If he viciously took a life then he needs to give a life. His own life. It's just not fair to do otherwise.

This sentencing is a abuse of power. It is almost as bad as Christophers abuse of power. He did not mean to kill his child but he did abuse his power as a father. Septis was the cause and his mother was also responsiable for not having that taken care of. This man seems to have loved his chiild but his narsisim wanted he child to me more then he was capable of and he used force to accomplish that end. He should get mental help not prison. Had he inteltionally harmed his child I would not agree with my own opionin. The death could have been avoided but it was not the desired end the fater wanted for his son.
He basically beat his own child to death. Hope he gets same treatment in prison. Sick man !
The fact the mother and her family knew he was being abused, yet none of the authorities would help her and made her take him to see him is making me feel so ill, she asked for help and got nothing because of Gregor and his family's money and influence. She took him to the hospital the night before he died desperately trying to get help and it must haunt her every single day knowing she had to take him to that monster. They should be taken to court and held accountable, they have blood on there hands!!!

That poor boy, and the family, I believe, he was terrified of his dad, which was unfortunate the testimony after defendant speaks, family testimony is very telling and I believe is 100 percent true family tried to intervene the right way and their requests were denied, this man is a monster and I believe it
It's all about child support. Christopher got legal custody of his son soon after he was contacted by The County Attorney in his state Division of Child Support. With his family influence and the mother being a so called drug addict, it wasn't hard.
Cory was an embarrassment AND an expense. Christopher Gregor hated him!
