If were the magistrate, I would have demanded to speak to the actual PIG who did the shooting, then question other members of the team. But we know why they didn't do this, because they would purger themselves on the stand if the went along with the story. Where's the video evidence. Surley, that would have proved the states claim. I don't understand why cops have to lie. If they simply be honest and say, we entered and got scared of this guy in front of us and we shot to protect ourself. This would fall within the qualified immunity and insurance will the the victim. case closed. Please someone help me understand this.

It's hard to understand why nearly 70 countries have some type of travel advisors warning their citizens of the corrupt and violent nature of American law enforcement.
