The man accused of beheading his father and showing off the severed head in a sickening YouTube video has been deemed competent to stand trial. Justin Mohn allegedly said he beheaded his dad, a federal employee, with the belief he was a “traitor” to his country. Mohn then allegedly dumped the head in a cooking pot for his mom to find before stealing his dad’s car.
