  1. 8:15

While this is normally true, you forget the property was directly in the possession of the man being assaulted

The way I learned it was like this: if I throw a rock and it knocks your hat off, that’s assault as the hat was on your person

  2. I like how these are phrased

A description of the cop’s awareness of the law and people’s rights as “clueless” is accurate, not an exaggerated pejorative

Costing the citizens money is the second part that’s perfectly worded as well.

  3. If people holding signs on the roadside "obstructs traffic" then cops should arrest every abortion protestor outside of a planned parenthood and they'd also use that same logic to arrest every homeless person on the side of a road with a God bless sign if they could, yet they don't because they aren't eating into their profits like speed trap warning, also if they're slowing to read a sign then they're achieving the job of the cops for free and causing no more of a distraction that a highway exit sign 🤷‍♂️

  4. Get out there and record videos people!!! Because if we the people don’t expose the ignorance of law enforcement and their ability to just make up their own laws at will. Law enforcement will continue to push the envelope and continue to make the public think it’s okay to do what they do. Please don’t get me wrong. I have great respect for law enforcement. But I have great contempt and disdain for corrupt cops. If you have thin skin and delicate sensibilities then you have zero business being in police officer.

  5. How in the world do the officers not get charged?!
    Assault
    Aggravated Robbery
    Vandalism
    Destruction Of Property
    Terrorism
Commiting a Crime While in Possession of a Firearm
Committing a Crime While in Possession of Body Armor

The fact that officers get away with this shit is absolutely a travesty of justice!

  6. So wait, the cops stopped him for flipping them off, saying it was "disorderly conduct," but at 11:38 the trooper extended his middle finger at the victim who was being stopped for no reason other than contempt of cop with the intent to cause severe butt hurting?

So it is ok for the trooper to extend a finger, but not the citizen? Sounds about right.
