So glad they detained him and ticketed him!! A citizen wouldve been arrested for that bs!! He was given several warnings!! The Mayor is pos…that is not the time or place to argue!! Take it up with city council pr meeting at later date if not happy with the officers or concerns. Dont do it on side of a busy road with your friggen dog! Dog couldve got hurt..if he did..oh well…he was warned

I checked, and Fred Heidmann is an avid Trump supporter. Typical Trump supporter who is always angry at someone and who always seems to look for someone (or some group) to hate. No doubt he is a Fox News watcher – – whose "business model" is fear, anger and hate, 100% of the time.
The mayor was filming from a safe distance when the cop, obviously pissed off at being filmed, approached and started antagonizing the mayor.

He isnt an individual. He is literally their boss and a public official. I dont think he did anything wrong and had every right to be out their. The police Chief answers the the mayor.

Hydman gets an F for Creep…. How many blustering, over-the-hill bullies treat their people, their wives and children, and most of all their pets, like this hideous fashion? Hydman was far more interested in pushing young officers around (you know; flaccid penis syndrome) than protecting his sweet pet from death.
The full video shows that he didnt return to the cops until AFTER the stop was over.
There's one element that ATA, I feel like you missed, and I'm a little sad about it. The officer tells his superior that he was ABOUT TO let his pulled over person go when the mayor walked back up, but that's not true. Based on the cop's own footage, the pulled over car was released before the mayor walked back up. So the officer's investigation was over.
