  1. I have always heard that laws were made to protect the lives and property of the innocent from the misbehavior of others; however, I didn't know that I or anyone else could harm another by not wearing a seatbelt. In case of an accident am I going to go flying the through the windshield and do bodily or property damage to another person. Are there to be laws to protect me from myself while participating in any activity where I might pose a danger to myself. Why has this inane law not been challenged by a person or group leaving the choice up to the individual if he should wear a seatbelt or not; I do wear a seatbelt while driving because it is the smart thing to do, but I resent the government treating me like a child by forcing me to do so. So, what's next, the outlawing of any activity that involves personal risk at any level; then you know you are the property of the state.

  2. Hey Mr. Civil Rights Lawyer I have a question. A police officer gets his abilities from the police powers act of the constitution. Then the state grants him qualified immunity. How is that not able to be construed as "a title of nobility", which is forbidden by the constitution?I'm especially curious given the 14th amendment. I would tend to think that qualified immunity could be construed as a "present" under Article 1 section 9 clause 8. Especially since it is granted to them by a "foreign state", that state being one of the several states of the union, and therefore "foreign" to our constitutional republic. Seems like that would be a good video. Keep up the great work you do, long live our constitutional republic.
