It's amazing how much district courts in red states will justify unnecessary violence. That's because people in those states vote for cops to be able to act like that.
The cop threatened to arrest the man if he opened the door and or gets out of the car, the seconds later said get him outta the car, then arrested him.

The police officer now trespassing because he didn't leave the property the cop was told to get off his property and the law on trespassing is if after being told to leave the property by the owner and doesn't exist the property is guilty of trespassing and can be arrested by the citizen who has the right to do so now and if he resist another charge of resisting arrest plus if any other police officers interfere with a citizens arrest their guilty of obstruction of justice.
