  1. I dont like calling cops pigs, but this department and these officers countersued that innocent man rather than admit they were wrong and simply drop the case and apologize. In this case, the name pigs is a kindness.

  2. Another cop trying to flex and find something to pin on the young man. Guess his arrest quota was down the month. "I wear shorts when its 30 below." Like that cancels young man's observations about being cold.

  3. cop is an &&&& hat

I'm so glad we don't have these ridiculous field sobriety tests here in Aus
They are subjective, sometimes misleading and prove absolutely nothing
Just use the breathalsyer and get it over with
Wasting 15mins is completely unneeded if the guy blows 0.0 two mins after being pulled over he is free to go and if he is over the limit @ two mins then wait the 15mins and retest…. hardly rocket science.

Edit: The very next second after blowing a 0.00 he immediately implied the guy was on drugs instead of alcohol even though he hadn't mentioned drugs at all to that point and claim to have smelt alcohol. This cop is why so many people distrust cops. It's obvious that this distrust is not baseless.

  4. Wouldn't writing on the police report constitute a "publication" of something? And, if that something is a false statement such as impaired, be equal to defamation if say, the kid was hurt in some way? Reverse Uno

  5. The question I'd like to ask is to the cop. Why the test for booze when the cop has nothing else to go with except the fun of harassing the citizen and searching looking for something, anything he can use to make an arrest fully knowing there were no violations.
