You gave the LT. a passing grade when he just cop-splained and then told the auditor to go pound sand. His actions are the very reason that some people hate cops his actions would be below "F" if it was possible to give such a grade. He did not know the law or tried to use his position and mouth to provide dis-information to the victims. He is and was despicable.
