I remember being a teenager smoking weed at the park bench and these two cops would always drive their patrol car down the foot path right up to us as we're sitting there getting high and they would just mess with us but never do anything or even get out of their car. They knew what we were doing we'd quickly try and blow out the hit and put everything away. Then they'd just sit there in their car next to us sitting on the bench and talk to us for like 10 minutes. Those were the good ol' days.
