  1. If they abuse their responsibility to voluntarily question a citizen, take the privilege away.

Legislate it so the police can only question a citizen if they have reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime.

No talking to the citizens and no asking questions unrelated to a specific crime.

  2. when will these joker/losers get it into their heads WE don't give a crap about THEIR safety…their lack of safety is on them…if they fear for their safety they need to quit and go to work for a daycare…where the danger to their person is minimal.

  3. And every citizen is entitled to protect the life of another citizen by taking the life of someone else who is causing harm death the fear of death to that person no matter if they’re wearing a badge or not, we have rights. The people will understand I believe that the Jerry system will work in our favor, as long as the corrupt judicial system lets all the evidence in

  4. "if you keep yelling like that well find a way to take you to jail" wtf? Well find a way to take you to jail? Thats really disappointing cause you dont expect that stuff on the texas side.

  5. Its astonishing how cops will be back you into a corner, telling you to just "be honest" with them, yet never have the balls to do ot themselves. Its fuckin despicable. They literally looked for every reason to arrest that guy.

  6. If he didn't want to press charges. I still dont understand why they arrested him. The cops make up stuff because he was dressed according to them with someone with warrants. Whats sad most of these people they treat like this are ethnic males or females they assume

  7. Ok. Well in this case. At least at the beginning. The guy was very angry and was a bit belligerent. They had probable cause that he had been involved in a crime bc he was personally ID,d as the one that was being shot AT! They have a right to ask for ID if the citizen is a witness to a crime. If he was being shot at..then he was a witness to the crime. Therefore cops had the right to ID. The guys behavior was the reason this escalated. The cops initially were very nice. I know that young African American males are terrified and angry at cops and rightfully so. But escalating things the way he did was not the way to handle this. He was the victim and his own behavior did in fact turn it in to a situation where he was arrested. They even offered him to “appear to arrest hi and take his offsite so that it would loom,Ike he was resisting”. This shows that the cops were even trying to get him out of the area so. He wouldn’t be labeled a “snitch”. He was angry even at that attempt to understand why he wouldn’t help. The kicker here is that if they just left and he got shot and killed minutes later , then the entire family would’ve sued the cops for failure to prevent his death. I just don’t know the proper solution here when the victim won’t be anything but belligerent
