  1. Looks like Terrorist on American soil
hired to enforce involuntary tax revenue to fund their organization' further raping the citizens of their rights
and liberates. Is what it looks like.

Fear not readers, for these men are local officers working for the municipality's
Paid by the taxpayers, who have no say in any vetting process of their future employees.

Arrogance, muscles, a fondness for wearing Tactical attire, along with an ability to "swear an oath" as meaning
as much as, reading the ingredients on a cereal box, when those words leave your lips.
    If you understand that everyone is a criminal, with exception of you and your "thin blue line" street gang;
you will also be aware that only criminals commit crimes, therefore the, so called "Laws" will not apply to you
    and your co-conspirators.
That's right; even MURder…. One must only shout "drop the gun" loud enough for the perp to hear. = LMAO (kidding) for the recording equipment to pick up, and you may fully unload your weapon of its "Quit Pills" into the soon to be corpse
    repercussions

IMHO All law enforcement should be sheriffs.
Working only for the citizens of its state.
Elected into position, at each county (minimum) or even per City.
Willing to protect its citizens from even the federal government if ever they try to infringe on their rights.
Holding the Highest Authority of your lands borders, that may be removed from you at any moment (post review) if ever
you betray the publics trust. And having done a job well done or not, you might get re-elected.
The City attorneys thugs model, is spinning out of control in some areas.

  2. Smashing him in the face while handcuffed. In my country once the badge is terminated they will be at the mercy of the streets.

  3. This is cops in every state, at every level. The cops can assault and even kill with out any recourse due to the fact cops lie about everything.

  4. No reasonable person could look at that and determine that it wasn't excessive. That poor black man was handcuffed . Qualified immunity needs to be abolished .

  5. that''s Michigan State police! not not the local police department! state of Michigan 'enjoys' immunity – hope your successful with this lawsuit and it reaches the public's attention – this type of treatment by police in my state against our Black community citizens happens often and most times goes unreported by local news –

  6. They should have just let him go. Let him drive. Why waste their time anymore. When he runs over a kid in a crosswalk you can say “well at least the police didn’t violate his rights”.

  7. Oh, how I WISH I could be the guy prosecuting these cops. And WHEN convicted, I WISH I could be the Judge sentencing them. Each one would get MAXIMUM SENTENCES IN PRISON and RUN CONSECUTIVELY.
Aside from massive financial restitution and Civil Rights violations.

  8. It's weird they didn't attempt pressure point pain compliance. It hard to justify this behavior it may have taken longer but they would have been able to get him in less violently for sure!

  9. It's scary that people have to tell the guy to get in the car because they know at any moment the cop could beat the fk out of you and/or kill you

  10. Clear once guy head hit the car ab between the door he try to balance but he’s drunk , in cuffs cop has one leg . An he’s fallen into the cop , not trying to attack

  11. What would have been the difference if the other officer used his taser? Would that be considered excessive force? What's the difference between punching a guy in the face or tasing him for resistance? The outcome would have been the same.

  12. The second the LEO hit him, he knew he just went from LEO to Criminal Defendant. He knew he effd up an so did everyone on scene!
If I were present, the LEO would be cuffed & stuffed at that second, stripped of all his Police Identifiers, and placed into cuffs immediately!
    Read miranda!

Original Suspect Released with maybe a Citation! Maybe!

  13. In my opinion it would have been a good clean smooth knock out….. If the man wasn't handcuffed. That changes the whole dynamics. The cop was frustrated and showed his coping mechanism. Violence. Wonder how many citizens he's charged with domestic violence. Weak move . Fire his ass.

  14. at least the local police chief finds this disturbing other wise those vids would NOT be out this early, and we all know the police union will stand up for these thugs all the way to the supreme crt
