This is a case where plain-clothed police officers snuck into my client’s house through a window, searched his house without a warrant or other legal justification, found nothing and left. But they got caught on hidden surveillance cameras.

If and when they are convicted, they will probably get leniency because they are police officers, which is backwards. The fact that they are the police makes it much much worse. These aren't just breaking and entering, they are police officer who are charged with preventing that from happening.

It’s the Webster City police department in iowa, and they raided 940 division street in Webster City iowa, son time un January of 2022

Clearly the judge knows what he can and can't do, however he clearly buys the cops argument. The bias judges have for law enforcement and against citizens is disgraceful and unreasonable. This is a public trial with public servants and there is no excuse for concealing anything for even a moment.
