Update: Court Rules on Video Depositions and Youtube – Everything Law and Order Blog

This is a case where plain-clothed police officers snuck into my client’s house through a window, searched his house without a warrant or other legal justification, found nothing and left. But they got caught on hidden surveillance cameras.

  1. Im Canadian and have just become aware of Senator Kennedy. That man is pretty sharp. It would be pretty interesting to hear him conducting depositions of corrupt cops. I really like your channel. You do a genuinely good job deconstructing these cases and presenting them in an integral way.

  2. OMG!!! Creepy is the perfect adjective to describe these dudes. I’m really surprised the camera didn’t catch them sniffing the children’s underwear or the skid marks. They must have seen the cameras or you would have seen some real Buffalo Bill style fetishes!

  3. It's amazing how a group of these "high level drug task force" pigs, their best & brightest spent all that time searching this guys house and not one of them spotted any of the several cameras on the inside of the house recording their crimes! Porky pigs!

  4. I want to see the REAL thing. If these creepy home invaders "fear for their safety" when people see what they did, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT!
Not reading the CIVIL ORDER is no excuse. Their intent was malicious, and premeditated.
If anybody else pulled this stunt, and were caught on surveillance cameras, they'd be up feces river, with no paddles, and gaping holes in the boat.

  5. If and when they are convicted, they will probably get leniency because they are police officers, which is backwards. The fact that they are the police makes it much much worse. These aren't just breaking and entering, they are police officer who are charged with preventing that from happening.

  6. Courts are supposed to be justice but not for citizen judges protect police asalt on our rights internal investigation is the answer we get prosaqusion for citizen not police and judges we see this every day

  7. Hey sir, I have a question, back in January of last year my home was searched, while I was on vacation, and when I got back from my vacation, I found a mess all over the house, so I called the cops and they played it like they didn’t know any thing about it, but eventually my neighbor told me about the police been in the house for a couple of hours, looking for something, do you think we could request the body-cams of the raid? It’s the Webster City police department in iowa, and they raided 940 division street in Webster City iowa, son time un January of 2022

  8. The Renton PD, Renton WA, had a pissed off employee, as I understand it, that decided to post video about the problem using animated people… I have left a link to one of these videos as an example…. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hc6-vlJG1W0 Thought maybe you could do something like this to get out the message. From what I understand the Renton PD tried legal action to shut down these videos but was shut down in the courts.

  9. personalty, I'm all for dramatic reenactment with muppits. Ideally as over the top as you can get without actually crossing over into slander. I'm thinking something along the vein of Dick Dasterdly or Bois and Natasha….

  10. All these “Drug units” are historically very corrupt. Too much cash & power for most dipshits can’t resist. When the drug war ends a lot of law enforcement BS will either go away or get redirected towards the next easy target. These cops should stand trial for felony breaking & entering. They must be really stupid or really corrupt.

  11. Clearly the judge knows what he can and can't do, however he clearly buys the cops argument. The bias judges have for law enforcement and against citizens is disgraceful and unreasonable. This is a public trial with public servants and there is no excuse for concealing anything for even a moment.

  12. Just ridiculous that they are trying to claim that revealing this criminal conduct is detrimental to officer safety…

As soon as they commit a crime, they shouldnt be considered an officer of the law any longer….
