  1. 'murica land where even child nakedness is a serious public disturbance, while all billboards, channels and magazines are filled with a women spreading their roast beefs behind coke cans and tide packs..

  2. I'm pretty sure the right to remain silent is an established right. I do not have to answer their questions because I have the right not to. I am not required to assist in the investigation, merely not to hinder it. They are perfectly okay to go about their business around me, but I have the right not to be involved until or unless they establish a reason to believe I'm involved.

  3. So when the cops arrested 2x a black women and put her of house in the nude in front of everyone both times in front of her two children as well as all the cops and neighbours as well for no reason at all and got off using police immunity and now she is suing them this is a disgraceful how they keep getting away with these things jamming up innocent citizens for there entertainment

  4. "I went through the police academy," literally has as much merit as "I cut my certificate out of the back of the cereal box myself"

Edit: alright, this is a terrific officer. He deserves at least an A-

  5. These are two good men with one of them having a misunderstanding and acting accordingly when he realized his mistake. I think with some more training, that police officer will go from good to great.

  6. I thought the cop did good. At least he was respectful and I believe he legit didn't want to violate the guys rights. He learned from his interaction and he's a better cop for it.

  7. I think officer weaver acted perfectly well, I know that in America you have the protection of the constitution but with the possibility of a serious crime involving a minor, ( meaning that the officer had no idea who the man was and couldn't know if the child was in danger or not) that officer weaver was morally obligated to make sure that the child was safe and did so in the least intrusive way,, also he apologised, one of the better officers I see in these videos

  8. When the officer said you are hindering my investigation if you don't ID is violating his rights. "I don't have enough evidence that you committed a crime." This is a lie; he never had ANY evidence, so why did he say he didn't have enough?

  9. See.. That's how police should handle these type of situations. The desire should be to serve the public and de-escalate every situation. Not feed into a cop power trip/ego. It seems like a few police I've ever met over the years don't really like people and seem annoyed to even be doing their job. There's a time and place to be aggressive. This isn't one of them. The idea is to get information to help your investigation. My mother always said you can get more out of a pleasant conversation than a screaming match. People naturally clam up when you put them on the defensive. IMO it's in your best interest to make them feel comfortable so they'll talk.. to which they'll more than likely say something that will incriminate themselves.

  10. Moree cops need to act like officer Weaver, he didnt get pushy or let his ego take over. He did his best to be fair while trying to do what he was hired to do. I could live with his behavior being the norm for cops. They're never going to be perfect.

  11. Why does a Canadian citizen (me) know the law and the Constitution of the United States better than the large majority of American cops (horrifically BAD training)? The large majority of police I have watched, seem to think that innocent people not identifying themselves and choosing not to answer questions, is obstruction/hindering an investigation. It's DEFINITELY NOT. Just detaining him alone violated his civil rights when the cop clearly admitted that he had no suspicion that he committed any crime.

  12. Im absolutely always for exercising our rights. 100%

When it comes to missing children tho, as a courtesy, ill do what I can to help. Child trafficking is all over the place and needs the help of any and everyone to stop it
