The Cocaine Route: From Colombian Forests to Clubs in Paris | Drugs & Crime Documentary – Everything Law and Order Blog

Traditionally associated with celebrities or high-paid executives, cocaine used to be too expensive for most people. But in the past 30 years, the price has fallen by an estimated 80 – 90%. By lowering the price, traffickers have been able to expand the market. But how does it get from producer to consumer? What happens at each stage of its journey and who are the main links in the commodity chain? We follow the cocaine route from the jungles of Colombia to uptown Paris.

This documentary was produced by PALLAS and directed by THIERRY GAYTAN. It was first released in 2013.

  1. this is a cut up documentary with scenens from the one I seen on TV last year (our national TV is payed by the public and since foreve makes it's own and buys only proper hi-quality TV content) – and I swear I've never seen a better one about this – the step by step way it takes this white substance to exit the leaves and all of the following until it is snorted thru a bank note in a Paris club.
Can't remember the name but it is a Colombian journalist who spent his childhood on outskirts of some Colombian town and was best friends with a current big head in this business, while he took to another route in life – in one scene he says that it took amost 10yrs of talking his friend into allowing him to do it.
    Better than Marriana van Zandt

  2. I am 39. I went to jail for Cannabis as a teen. AFTER jail, I could not breathe through my nose for about a decade! I SPENT thousands of dollars trying to breathe with what the FDA approved!!!! But it resulted in Nasal necrosis! Then a few months ago, the loyalist corrupted FDA recalled those ineffective drugstore products. Turns out they were so concerned that people might feel good, they changed their ingredients years ago… Well…turned out all I needed was a single dose of cocaine to restore my nasal breathing and begin healing from the necrosis in my sinuses… The mind control, colonialist BS, globalized civil war on drugs has been absolutely heinous barbaric, terrorism exerted by 3 piece suit proxies of Monarchical interests around the globe. A globe that loyalists have tortured in OUR NAME.. USA. LOYALISTS= ELITES. SMH.. THEY HAVE GONE TOO FAR WITH THE BS. WAKE UP TIME IS NOW. THEY CORRUPTED THE LAW WITH NIXON 53 YEARS AGO. WE MUST RECTIFY
