  1. I’ll bet $100 that the husband weaponizes his incompetence on the regular. Only this time, the price was their daughters life. Also, I’m TIRED of women accepting this behavior from their husbands. Stop having children with these men, please.

  2. I’m a busy business owner and mom of 3 with one autistic child. I also have an illness that affects my memory. I make mistakes daily but something as catastrophic as leaving my child in the car would never happen. When we leave the car after groceries etc, we leave the groceries and take the humans all out then go back for groceries…. I don’t get it. It’s mind boggling and I feel inexcusable. Hate to judge but hard not to hear.

  3. The fact his wife had a problem getting her husband to comply with her wishes of taking the kids out of the car speaks for itself, she knew there was a potential for harm or damage but could not get through to her husband, why do women want a man so dense and thick headed they disregard her feeling and intuition, then again if she didn’t have to work her baby girl would be alive today, condolences to the family of this neglected innocent little one

  4. The dad had gotten away with leaving the toddler in the car many times before. He stated he usually parks in the garage, but a Peloton was recently delivered. Since it was still in the box, it took up a lot of garage space so he was forced to park in the driveway, in direct sunlight. Selfish father.

  5. She is as bad as he is. She is a sorry excuse for a mother putting that lazy man ahead of her children! They should both be on trial. She knew this was a possibility becauce he had done it many times before. He is a murderer and she is an accomplice! Poor kids!

  6. The fact of the matter, it’s not about video games or how he was distracted when a day was 112° or whatever it was you don’t leave your child in the car ever for any period of time. It should just be programmed into you to take your child out of the car when you get out of the car I know plenty of adults that play video games frequently and lots of hours of the day and still have responsibilities

  7. His carelessness, selfishness, and lack of responsibility led to the tragic death of their child. If I were a stay-at-home dad, I’d ensure the kids were active and engaged at the park, enjoying different activities, and I’d likely have a dinner ready for my wife too.
