Cops don't know a Damn thing when it comes to actually doing police work. The Dumb Cop had his mind made up from the beginning. You are not obligated to help out with a investigation. The way I see it , the only ones who were trespassing was the Dumb Cops. Totally clueless Cops. Don't know about any amendments. False Arrest. Pitiful Pathetic Disgusting Cops. We had a case on our property where a mentally unstable guy suddenly claimed our woods as his own. He acted very similar to this guy.
This guy was acting a bit strange, refused to answer questions, and did seem to be confused. The man didn't do himself any favors and brought this on himself. The police were very lazy, but no way Mr. Jones gets a B-. More like a C- IMO.
What I would have told them is that when I provide my ID and prove that this is my property you will each write each other a ticket for trespassing on private property

Look, there are certainly legitimate reasons to invoke your rights and it isn't always obvious what cop's motives are but I think you are clearly just being a d**k in this situation. I grew up in a large number of LEOs in mu immediate family. You are completely safe if you aren't involved in criminal activity. Treat cops wth respect, don't argue you WILL NOT WIN an argument in the field. Cops deal with ABSOLUTELY INSANE situations that can go from a simple seat belt warning to dead in a split second. People just to understand what they are facing. It's truly sad how disrespected they are when most would consider a law abiding working class patriot as a member of the same side as them. Please try being nice and fight in court. If you are respectful and follow the law. I guarantee your interactions will be uneventful and mostly end in zero fines. Try it
How does the cop know if they live there or not why are people giving cop problem and who does house work at 5 in the morning
So a cop can arrest you on your own property because he doesn't believe you own it? I buy real estate all over the country do I have to worry I'm going to get arrested? Half the time when I show up to a property I don't know the address by heart. Do I really have to explain myself to some backwoods cop? I really just want to be able to walk away. Is it illegal to walk away? Can a cop arrest you because you make him angry? I would probably give my name because it isn't worth my time if there is no monetary gain from it. Also doesn't the owner have to issue the trespassing charge???? That was my gripe with the video.
NAH they ALREADY took too much of his time When they stopped him in the normal course of his day ON HIS LAND then kidnapped him, unlawfully detained him… Yea I would have NO REASON to think i was going to be treated honestly and fairly AFTER THAT… every time I tried to go to court after their mistake they HARMED me farther leading to my being Disabled and Still never having ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS because I couldn't find the Judges Massia. maimed and beaten fo simply showing up and speaking I ALWAYS did everything I was told WHEN i was told to do it IT SAVED ME NOT the CPTSD nore did my being family of multiple fallen officers Rather my WHOLE family turned their backs on me with ever blow struck while I was strapped to a chair. Cop is arguing about the guy not giving his name…. While the cop is actually refusing to give his name and badge number which they HAVE to do! If they do not ID themselves then they are not law enforcement.
