+Rick Munday You are in Watts not Compton, I had a gun aimed at me for Dealer Plates. Most goons will enforce Dealer Plates only in "Bad Areas", if you buy a new car and live in Watts or drive thru Watts you will get pulled over. You do not even need to commit a traffic violation, if you got stopped by a professional Police force they would look at the paper sticker issued by the DMV and that is sufficient while the plates are in the mail. This stop should have taken at most five minutes.
