Good point always be silent with the police, never consent to search.. never admit to anything with the police the try to back you into a legal corner. Always make the government prove their case. Always put their opinion under question.

Always roll up your window and lock the door on the way out if they ask you to exit the car. Never, ever give your consent to search your vehicle., NEVER. That only gave them ammunition against him. He should have also invoked his 5th Amend. Right to be quiet…..Never talk to cops. EVERYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU.

A Tesla won't continue to operate if the driver doesn't react every thirty seconds or doesn't have his hands on the wheel every 30 seconds so how could the officer have witnessed him sleeping with his hands on the wheel for 2 to 3 plus minutes
