  1. The Police did a great job. Just because a persons says they are a this or that does not mean the police will assume your one of the good guys. comply with the order of the Police and most of the time, youll find that the police usually will figure out what is really going on.

  2. Never heard the bullshit before about the federal officer’s actions getting a C-. Stepping out of a car with a gun drawn is unacceptable in EVERY situation. Investigate before incapacitating.

  3. The woman may have been within her rights to not open the door but she does NOT have the right to make a false 911 report. If she had asked to see ID from the fed, he would have proven he was legit. She could still refuse to open the door but then she would know better than to call in a claim of someone faking who they are and trying to break into their home. And the cop going all psycho even as he steps out of his vehicle is beyond disgraceful.

  4. The ATF is an unconstitutional criminal organization. After Ruby Ridge they should have been dispersed and prosecuted.

  5. The cop is totally in the right. Why would he take the word of someone HE DOES NOT KNOW, when he is summoned to a potential felony? All he had to do was COMPLY, a favored word in Law Enforcement. And the public pays for all, regardless of verdict

  6. The lawsuit is ongoing at this time. Burke's lawyers sued on 5 counts:

    Count 1: Excessive Force (42 U.S.C. § 1983)

Count 2: Monell Claim (42 U.S.C. § 1983) – This count was rejected on a motion for summary judgment and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. This means that the claim against the City of Columbus has been dismissed permanently, and Burke cannot sue the City again on this basis.

    Count 3: Malicious/Willful/Wanton/Reckless Misconduct

Count 4: Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

    Count 5: Loss of Consortium

Counts 1, 3, 4, and 5 have been allowed to proceed to trial (if the case does not settle or get resolved beforehand). Count 2 was rejected and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, meaning the City of Columbus cannot be sued again for this claim.

  7. I don’t like the atf but imagine your intelligence getting insulted by power tripping cops I stand for gun rights I don’t stand for people who legally can’t own them it’s obvious the family looks non US so them owning a gun is gonna bring ATF because their not US citizens or their husband could be a felon

  8. Lads, this only really happens in the US as police are shitting themselves because you can all have guns. Nowhere else has this bullshit happening because the police do not constantly encounter armed or potentially armed people.

  9. ok so if an ATF agent comes to my door, just call the cops and say he’s impersonating a police officer. Got it 👍
