  1. 😂😂😂😂😂

This is exactly the bullshit I’m talking about

    You graded them a C

they unlawfully detained him to gaslight him about his behavior

This doesn’t deserve a grade – stop giving grades out to cops acting outside their duty, or give them a FAIR grade

They get an F for failing to do anything to help their community and only standing down when they found out the guy’s mom was a cop.

You get a D, again, for failing to report what’s objectively happing on screen in order to give a “balanced” argument to whatever nonsense the cops are bringing up.

Just as you would give an F to someone for failing to obey the law, you should as well for police assaulting people as they did here to Steven..

This is clearly assault, but qualified immunity says “they were following procedure”

  2. His mom gave him the “you’re not in trouble – but I need you to trust me” tone 😂

    I know it well

    Steven a good boy 👍🏽

His mom immediately realized the cop was out of his mind and was trying to protect Steven from corrupt/authoritarian police.

If you ever encounter a Cop that has a badge around his neck pulling you over, he isn’t functioning within his authority 😂

  3. Strange that it is only for the use of signaling imminent danger. I understand why that would be the case but here in the UK it is not focused only on danger.

According to the Highway Code, you may only sound your horn to warn others of your presence. Now this is the UK code so obviously it has no bearing but I would think it works better with that wording. It allows the use of a horn to be used when signaling someone of danger or such as in this case, alerting someone that you are behind them and they are holding up traffic.

  4. This cop really telling a new Yorker the legally allowed times to use a car horn? Is this idiot deaf? Car horns are like the unofficial soundtrack of nyc.

  5. Isn't coming to a dead stop in the middle of an active thoroughfare (Green Light) posing a danger in itself? It would make it more likely to get rear ended.

  6. Yes, your honor, I did indeed honk the horn on my car, but I didn't do so to annoy the officers. I did so to alert other drivers that two jackasses were causing a danger by blocking a dark roadway.

  7. Maybe he should sue to have "Undercover Vehicle" bumper stickers put on them so he'll know not to honk at some idiot blocking traffic. I would think being hit because you were sitting still at a green light might be danger "ous".

  8. Wouldn't expect any less from law enforcement. I'd fall back on a little hillbilly wisdom…"don't ever get in a pissin match with a skunk."

  9. Whenever THEY say "let me talk" it's usually followed by THEM breaking the LAW that THEY should KNOW is UNLAWFUL actions on THEIR behalf, just saying people just saying

  10. The dash cammer is lucky having a good dashcam. He can get in deep troubles without a dash cam. The lair can put stuff in his car and he will in deep troubles. I think he talk back because his mom is a cop so he is not afraid of them. Average Joe will just keep silence and walk away. Dash cam is a life saver. I just upgrade my dashcam to 4K Wifi model. Why a wifi? I don't want someone took my sd card in an accident or traffic stop. My wifi cam download video to my 256 gb sd card on my phone.

  11. Aren't you supposed to honk the horn if something is causing an obstruction in the road in areas of traffic especially when there are other vehicles around being driven to warn people there is something in the road so they should proceed with caution and possibly reduced speed to avoid an accident.

  12. What a condescending cock of a police officer if you wanna call him and ask, arrogant smug, believes he is above the law without reproach and without accountability and fumbling when he’s talking to the guys, mom… Tries to minimize it and tries not to engage in the conversation of why he was actually pulled over in retaliation no less what a cock everything that people hate police about this guy is
