  1. I’m a retired lieutenant and I can tell you for a fact that this idiot did not immediately effect transport after deploying OC spray in his own closed patrol car. That didn’t happen. Couldn’t happen.

  2. He looks like he is busted. He don’t even wanna look at the film because he knows he’s coughing lies. He is a corrupt cop. He needs to pay these people out of his own damn pocket and this guy needs to be charged for the salt and rest or kidnapping.

  4. He's a bully and he should not be a police officer, now how exactly was he going to do more harm when you had him in handcuffs. He must think that people are stupid. I remember that video and yes he did. He got in there and punched that man in the face. I watched it and when his hand come out he had blood over his glove. That's why he washed his gloves. Or rather threw his gloves away. Yes he did
