This video always boggles my mind. The officer responds to everything that was said. And STILL trys to argue he needs it down more to talk better. Like the logic in this is just bogglingggg. And yes I am aware that the officer probably had ulterior motives.

Cop gets an F! Mr Transparency gets an A+. Cop is a bad officer. He lied about the speed, he lied about what the law was, he repeatedly tried to trick or intimidate Mr Transparency into giving information he was not required to give, and he sees himself a Cop, and everyone else as a "violator".

Why do these encounters always happen in the South ? Even against white people. Are you supposed to tell the cop," Hell yes, I was driving like a bat out of hell down the road".
It’s always a catch 22. If officers ask for information are denied such information they immediately deem the civilian to be hiding something, however, if he said he was only doing 5 over the speed limit that show’s technically he was breaking the law. So this isn’t typical of how it goes down and I’m glad the officer didn’t escalate the situation and try to get dogs out or say he smelled alcohol or something just to try and get the driver on something. In all honesty though, I’m always honest with the police and I am very polite so I have mostly been given warnings outside of a single incident where an officer was obviously having a bad day. I tried to pass someone doing 38 in a 45 but had to go very fast because he sped up and a car then was seen coming in the opposite direction so I had to speed up to get over. I made it and the oncoming car might have had to break a bit but that driver followed me and I went down side streets to make sure. Then I pulled into a driveway to turn around and he blocked me in a driveway and because I was 17 the officer gave me a ticket and I showed up in court to fight it but the guy actually walked up and chatted with the judge like they knew each other and the lawyer I was provided told me to take a BS deal because it was good and only required me to take a traffic class. I still don’t think I was wrong but I didn’t know what to do.
Police cannot fulfill the role of hero that we have heard of it is a lie
If officers can lie then so can the citizen. Of course we know this is not the case for me this dismisses all law enforcement departments from duty. Please don't forget to clear out your lockers

While it is nitpicky to continue harping on the window, I wonder if some of these initial questions like this are a type of "temperature test" to see how cooperative someone is going to be. In this case, the officer is being excessive… but on situations where the individual being questioned is hostile/entitled/bratty/etc. I can see where this technique could be helpful.
This ratings are so random. Mr. Transparency was a not an A. Whatever if its his his right or not to not roll down the window and whatever the insisting of it from the cop was random. It didnt have any practical use for Mr Transparent and could have unnecessarily heaten up the situation. At best they both are around a B.

Debating law on the side of the road with a cop is pure clown behavior
Not a bad officer, well his upper management is bad. It’s called (making the quota ). Every city has a budget. Budget spending gets out of hand and the only way you can manage your budget , is to write more tickets. When a police officer tells you they don’t have a quota system, there flat out lying. Every sergeant or high ranking officer will come down on there officers if they don’t meet there daily amount of tickets. This alone, forces officers to stretch the truth and once they cross that line, it creates a shady mindset that worsen over time. So, how do we fix this. Easy, take away qualified immunity and install mandatory constitutional schooling. Each officer raises there hand and state they agreed to the oath of office within the laws of the constitution, yet practically 99 percent have never even read the constitution.

Saying "Not every cop is a bad cop" is an admission that there are bad cops. There is an honest reason to believe this could be a bad cop.
