  1. If you are undercover, and you don't identify yourself as a police officer, then you shouldn't need to give your badge number and name. No one would know you are a cop to ask most of the time anyway. However, once you identify yourself as an officer, undercover or otherwise, you should be forced by law to provide your name and badge number.

  2. When a cop says he needs your ID because he is investigating, Ask him how your name and date of birth will in any way help either his investigation?

First go investigate the crime . I am not the crime . I am a citizen. Talk to the person who called in the crime. Ask peolle if thru witnessed me committing a crime. When you have a crime to charge me with , arrest me At that time I will be hoppy to give you my ID.

You’re starting with the ID. That’s backwards. Now what’s your name and badge number
    ?

  3. These police are so obsessed with people giving them ID. And then it seems like 98% do not understand that if it’s not a stop and ID state the person does not have to show ID. Don’t they realize that randomly asking for ID like they do is the same thing as papers please in Nazi occupied Europe!

  4. I’ve lived in both Pinellas & Pasco counties in the past – lived there for over 20 years and also born in Clearwater- this is a perfect example of how they treat literally EVERYBODY on a daily basis- absolutely disgusting and condescending

  5. The rotten and corrupt policestate always have a way to inciminate you, they hate our freedom and always want to take you to jail, listen to this pigs accuse this man for walking in an illegal way. to even discuss whether or not there is a crime in this interaction shows the ridiculous laws the people are forced to follow. only in US you can go to jail for that you hurt someone's ego
