  1. Thanks for joining us! Be sure to drop a like or a sub if you enjoyed the content. Cheers!

Edit: For clarification, Mr. Pfaendler offered to settle with the city and department for $250,000 but the offer was rejected. You can find links to that information in the description.

  2. I don't always take my helmet off because putting it back on IS a pita. I have long hair, so I have to use a silk cover, and it usually needs adjusted several times to be just right. Also, I'm like this dude, I'm usually listening to something through the built-in headphones. It is nobody's business whether it is on my head or off, as long as I legally acquired the items I have in my possession. I find it interesting how the store staff made sure he wasn't bothered at all while he rang up his items and paid for them. I avoid WM like the social plague it is, and this just adds to the reasons why.

  3. That / those public servants are not there to lecture his/their boss like if he / they were his mommy and daddy. Public servants are not psychologists. It's amazing how Communistic and mafia gangsterism is allowed and protected within police union, lawyers, judges, courts , PD and fellow police officers . Those monsters did not get fired and serve time for their mental instability. This country is in trouble when these criminals at every level of the peoples government unite against the people. Sickening.

  4. Walmart is not about a happy shopping experience anymore. They let 400 pounders in leopard g-strings shop all day long. It's about Fascism and control. YOU check your stuff out. That leaves huge gaps for shoplifters. Walmart will violate your rights in a second, and get away with it, if they think you are a thief. You can't carry goods away in a g-string.

  5. I'm sorry, Walmart shooting or not, even if it isn't the "done thing" no law was broken. Current society concerns do not have to make people act in a specific manner. It's easy to say common sense but you have a complete right to act how you wish WITHIN the law. You can be asked and then told to leave if people aren't comfortable but where is the line drawn? There are more outdoor shootings so we just ban helmets? Along with anything else that covers ones face? Need I remind everyone we were all walking round shops with faces covered with face masks for 18 months? The cop was a complete #*$# and on a still it even looks like his weapon is unsnapped in a leather holster with hammer back. I'm ex-Army, just saying.

  6. “The manager asked you to take off your helmet. Why did you ignore him”
“Oh sorry, I didn’t hear him, I had music playing”
“Okay, next time be more aware of your surroundings, maybe turn off the music or take off the helmet in stores”
    “Okay sorry again.”
    “Have a good day”
Like damn it don’t need to be that hard.

  7. I’m not going to lie; these cops are running this encounter like a circus. I mean they’re saying the bike rider is childish, but they have no control over the situation. The guy probably had no idea he was even in trouble until it was too late.
