Quick update: Officer were Francisco Rosado and Nick Hamilton. One of them fired later for unrelated issue. Mr Marshal sued both (Marshall v. Rosado et al) Dec 2022. Looks like some sort of mediation occurred from October to November 2023 and case was dismissed 2023. Looks like they settled out of court.

Collecting signatures to form a tenants council to better the community in accordance to the Robert’s tenants council association established in Baltimore, Maryland. The Housing Urban Department known as HUD recognized it and adopted it for public housing. Private housing are also permitted to participate in tenants council. These tyrants probably making $200,000 per year from taxpayers funds, are clueless of what a tenants council is and when they don’t understand people constitutional rights they make their with their famous phrase “ Put your hands behind your back, you are under arrest, you are going to jail “ just because they can charge you with whatever bogus charge and take you to jail and let the prosecutors, defending attorneys and the judge to decide and if the tyrants lose, taxpayers will back up their unethical and unprofessional conduct. I wonder what planet these blue creatures come from, I bet they are from a galaxy far far far far far far far far far away.
It's apparent the citizens know the law better than the law enforcement officers. These officers didn't investigate didn't use common sense didn't deescalate and didn't care about the law or citizens' rights.
I live in an American Colony that was rephrased to fool the UN and the American public into believing that the USA doesn’t own People or Went to War in order to Confiscate Land. I think all cops should have to spend 6 months watching nothing but these kind of videos before they're even allowed to step foot outside of the classroom much less even go to the academy

Sure they follow procedure for the sake of the kids….although that’s just speculation. Every thing else was not according to the law. Procedure out the window …..I think they make things up as they go along. Qualify immunity will protect them. They can just plow through citizens rights at the leisure without any consequences.
