Unfortunately, because Mr. Flanagan suffered no physical injuries, or concrete monetary damages it is unlikely that he would be able to win a large settlement. Because of this, he would probably have difficulty finding an attorney to represent him because his chances of winning a large settlement even though his case is excellent are very small. He did try to represent himself and filed a lawsuit in 2020, but seems to have struggled with the process without a law degree or courtroom experience. He seems to have given up the effort. This is quite unfortunate.

Why do Americans believe the ability to hear something infers obey ( listen/ obey) ? The words listen and obey have completely different meanings .

Officer White has a couple of problems probably the most obvious is his having his underware far too tight. He also needs one of those T shirts that says " YOU KNOW THAT THING YOU HAVE IN YOUR BRAIN THAT WARNS YOU TO STOP AS YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING REALY STUPID, WELL I DONT HAVE ONE!..🤣

They will keep doing and the higher-ups in the police force will continue to protect them they never get reprimanded they just write it on paper and you go to jail and most likely pay a bond to get out. Even though you're innocent innocent until proven guilty proven guilty
