  1. Having to keep the paperwork that comes with your registration is absolutely absurd like there’s a barcode on my registration sticker scan it see if it’s legit and that should be the end of it. I shouldn’t have to carry around that “receipt” saying that I’ve got a legal registration.

  2. Don't bother reading. I just need some medium to express my distress.

The United States has no justice. At best you don't get victimized. People in groups viewed as easy to abuse systematically are the ones that pay the biggest price. Racism is a whole thing that causes them to unfairly be targeted regardless of certain lifestyle successes. The reason I make that point is it's annoying to hear people say "it's classist not racist" when it's very much both. Cops go after ANYONE who they assume don't have resources to hold them accountable. But they assume melanin enhanced individuals are the least likely to have the privilege to be able to fight illegal charges and are the ones they believe are the least likely to win in court because that is a privilege. White privilege is like being able to walk privileges. There are things that are just taken for granted that many have never even considered. I'm having a bad time living in our current climate. Everyone is fuckin angry and can't disagree respectfully and apparently facts are the same as opinions so I'm just yelling into the ether here 😮‍💨 I'm a white kid that had an okay life overall up to adulthood but I've been trying to understand what everyone has had to go through and I can't ignore the discrepancies. I hate that anybody unilaterally hates any demographic but I'm white and we definitely suck but being racist to fight racism seems insane despite empathizing with how we got here. It feels with every year that passes, that Maya Angelou quote becomes less and less remembered. End of my existential distress rant…We are more alike than we are different. Facts are more important than your opinions. Being offended doesn't make you right. Live your own life and don't impose your personal ideology on others. Idk why we lost the ability to be wrong but you learn more from getting the answers wrong. Love the people around you in practice even if you low key can't stand them just be respectful. 😅 Again I'm not very smart but these seem like really simple ways to actively help make the world a touch better.😅

  3. "B+"?????? "STAYED WITHIN HIS AUTHORITY"???

If he stayed within the bounds of his authority, please tell me what infraction he was originally stopped for, because I don't know of any law that says you can't make a couple of stops in your car. The cop CLEARLY wouldn't have been able to see the bottle of alcohol from where he was watching him in his own car. So what was the infraction???

  4. When you are asked if you've ever been convicted of a crime, or ever been arrested, DO NOT ANSWER!!!!! Tell him that he's fishing now, and you're going to refrain from answering any more questions. You're invoking your right to remain silent.

I'm especially bothered by the question of, "Have you ever been arrested?" Because a person is supposed to be considered innocent until proven guilty when they are arrested, and if they were not convicted, then it should not be used against them in the future. I was wrongfully arrested once (charges dropped), and I will not allow that to be used against me.
