I know how police love handcuffing their victims when they do. It gets them so hard because you know police don’t want their victims to be able to fight back. They want to be able to beat you up while you’re handcuffed after all. Why would they want you to be able to fight back, they don’t wanna get hurt. They just want to get the pleasure from the SmackDown.

Being able to circumvent the 4th and search any car for any infraction (other than the 3 listed) by arresting for otherwise ticket offenses is something anybody can see can and will be abused. Instead of simple tickets, cops will arrest based on a hunch. If they have not even RAS or PC about contraband and they can't get a dog to do the pony show all they have to do is decide to arrest. That law needs to be addressed. Whether or not you get a ticket instead of an arrest based on a cop's desire to search is nonsense.
They get so mad when you say you do anything for your safety, but they use their safety as an excuse for EVERYTHING.

Dad (and all auditors) should start the conversation with, "I got a call that someone was acting suspicious."
Happy ending: Officer no longer works with Keller PD (resigned after demotion), was prosecuted & agreed to a plea deal to give up his police certification and join a rehab program for 9-24 months. This means he can never be a cop in Texas. Additionally the law suit was settled for $200K.

You see America this cop should have been fired and he wasn't, why not? Because they want these brain dead robots to do exactly what this clown did but they dont want them to get caught ,on top of that the cop lied in his written report.
