Breaking news today in the federal civil rights lawsuit against Family Court Judge Louise E. Goldston, which alleges constitutional violations for her search of my client’s house in March of 2020…. Just today, the Federal Court issued an order denying the judge’s claim of judicial immunity, ordering that the jury trial is on for Tuesday.

why doesn't anybody cite the clearfield doctrine, these courts are art 1 courts and NOT art. 3 courts. they are a commercial court FFS. they lost qualified immunity according to the clearfield doctrine, go read it dammit and use it! damn!

Having to deal with utah family court i call it not so family court is a nightmare it is the most corrupt judges ever. drag cases along until both parties are broke or dead. needs total reform i say pass a bill on putting these judges behind bars. every judge that has taken kids education away because of there poor judgment is devastating it destroys peoples life and they do not care.

A police officer should know that violating constitutional rights is illegal and CAN refuse a judges orders on that basis. I guess asking that police officers honor their oath is too much though.

from an outsider, it appears that there is something going really wrong in the 'legal' system…where the legal authorities are exceeding their powers. Police, prosecutors, judges, etc. The whole system appears untrustworthy…which is very disturbing.

All of WV family court judges are very corrupted…especially here in Morgantown WV…….specifically Judge Randal Minor in case 20-D-65 ….the DOJ needs to come down here and clean house even with the WV Supreme Court, which was impeach in 2018……
