Not all law enforcement agencies r required to call a supervisor and the asshole that tried to make a cough cough citizen's arrest, he is a frauditor. Someone who thinks he knows the law but does not and does this shit to antagonize and irritate people who have real jobs.

This citizen was being very condescending and somewhat insulting towards the police about thier level of law knowledge being inferior to his. It's difficult to deal with someone who tries to control the narrative and refuse to accept the possibility that he could be wrong. .
Since we each own our own Names, Images and likenesses, and these frauditors are using it to make money, why are there no civil suits from people who are being exploited by them? Perhaps it's not criminal for them to document PUBLIC BUILDINGS, AREAS and such, nothing gives them the right to steal our images without our permission to make money. Sure if I'm in public I can be filmed, but NOT to financially benefit from it. I think that's why releases became so common in motion pictures.
