Alec Baldwin stood trial this week for involuntary manslaughter in connection to the death of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The New Mexico judge overseeing the case dismissed the trial after evidence was withheld from Baldwin’s defense. Baldwin’s lawyers were granted the request after asking for a dismissal when they determined critical evidence was not given to them during discovery. The host was never a criminal lawyer and his "break down" should be viewed with caution…
(A) a random guy dropped off ammo at police station. (B) he didn't give an interview to detectives. (C) the bullets didn't match the movie set ammo. ABC were bold faced lies manufactured by the prosecutor, so "star witness" Seth Kenny wouldn't become a "reasonable doubt" suspect in this case.
If I was Baldwin I would never touch another gun ever again, even in a film! How was he to know that it was a loaded round? He trusted that these people were being honest. It just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever why live rounds were ever there, period! I can’t make sense of that; there was no need for a live round to ever be brought anywhere near. I just can’t make sense of that logically. This is a sad situation.

Watching Poppels entire cross examination I kept feeling like something wasn’t right. Her demeanor, the way she was subtly communicating with Kari morrisey, the smugness. She knew she had something to hide and covered it with confidence.
