Kid actually has every right to get into the home, hes a tenant equally to her in the eyes of the law… doesnt matter whos on the lease, all residents have equal access and rights to the apartment.
And being a fugitive and gaving a bench warrant are two different things. Bench warrant is procedural and merely a pick up order.
The police statement just says the officer is no longer with the department, not that he was fired. I cannot find anything that indicates he was fired as opposed to resigned.
