  1. How do you "seek justice in a courtroom" if you can't afford a lawyer?
That advice is garbage. There needs to be a recourse which does not come at the cost of a citizen's time and money.

  2. Ordering people to e4xist their vehicle isn't an "inconvenience", minor or otherwise!
What it is…is scary. It puts the civilian in a vulnerable position, where the officer might put their hands on them! And as has been seen on this channel many times, officers often don't have the temperament to control themselves and may very well abuse their now physical access to someone's person.

  3. 8:40
You claim that citizens need to "verbally acknowledge" that they wish to evoke their right to remain silent but how would someone who is mute/nonverbal do this? Sign language and writing it down do not mean the requirement of "verbal"

  4. I'm confused. The Supreme Court says the cop can order a SUSPECT out of their car.

Are we "suspects" when involved in a basic traffic stop??? If not, then why do we have to get out of the car? What about OUR safety being paramount? It is NOT safe for anyone to exit their car for a cop if they are not criminals.

  5. Talk about Deja vu America sounds like hitler in the making SMH. give the third reich the power of law, rule and free will. all thats needed is blonde dictator wait we have one… LOL

  6. pretty bleak, no wonder cops are so smug and cocky. Our forefathers would kick our asses for letting our police get to this state. This seems far & away from what they had a vision for this country to be

  7. My big question is if in Florida, you feel threatened by police, can you stand your ground?
My part time deputy sheriff uncle told me when posed the question "you can be right, or you can be dead right"

    Thoughts?

  8. NO ordering you out of a vehicle for a tail light violation – means there is an escalation of the initial stop moving to a Terry stop which there must be reason / evidence to do so

  9. WRONG! It IS UNLAWFUL – for police NOT to identify themselves otherwise there is NO manner for which the public has to identify real officers from fake – this is why we have identifying marks & lights on vehicles for lagitimate reasons

  10. This guy that on you tube is against people not against policeman who numerous crimes count against them.

Sure if a person breaking number of law it'd ok for them to go to jail or get tickets but police o no there not going to jail and never will.

Some policeman believe it's ok they break law there obove the law it's there privileges.

Even if you are innocent citizens cop will do anything to defiled your innocent by them trying to come up with something from there head thinking. So when you a true good people questions the cop for anything and quote the other law right back to them about how they can't abuse there law in a wrong unlawful manner from decoration then cop will falsified detain or actually arrest you in a unjust wrong way manner that you never have by them.

Just remember our freedom going to be taken from us because government and police

  11. For real? So because the supreme court has ruled that an officer can order a driver and passengers out of their vehicle – this is therefore the law of the land and we must comply forever? That same supreme court once held the opinion that blacks had no rights. That entity enacted Roe v Wade – until it reversed it. This shouldn't be about legality, it should be about right and wrong.

  12. What you’re saying is, let them put you in cops let them do whatever they want because now you’re in the house you cannot defend yourself. If you are innocent, don’t let them take advantage of your kindness, defend yourself. If you are innocent, do not let Tierney win if you are innocent fight back America we are not gonna be a part of the system of corruption, Eddie death to our citizens any longer fight back America.

  13. This video did not help me at all in fact this is exactly why the USA is one of the worst countries in the world the cops get to put on a nifty little badge every morning get inside of a goopy looking truck with some stupid stickers on it and they get to a force a law put in front of us by a crooked government we're not free I don't care who tells you that we're free we are not free we will never be free we are slaves of this government until the day we die

  14. Can u tell me why we the people are NOT really taught this and why cops don’t even really know our rights and the da / courts just rack up whatever they can find to try having something stick.? Why is it we NEED lawyers to speak in court? I feel the system is to hurt the people financially more than anything. System is broken. All in my opinion 🇺🇸

  15. This just seems outrageous to me.
What if you are handcuffed and a cop is beating the crap out of you, and kicking you in the head while you're on the ground, and you fear for your life? A citizen, or a bystander can't do ANYTHING to save themselves?

  16. What is your right in state of North Carolina as far as them locking you up driving on revoked license with no aggravating facts I thought on 2013 that passed the law that it was not a gullible sentence as long as you wasn't under the influence of anything
