The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Deputy defendants in the Family Court Judge Search case have requested qualified immunity from the federal court in their motion for summary judgment in the pending civil lawsuit. Unfortunately for them, they can’t claim judicial immunity, as the judge has, even where following orders of a judge. So they’re stuck with qualified immunity. But will they get it? Their depositions have been taken, and frankly, their testimony was quite shocking.
Despite the fact that the WV Supreme Court declared in no certain terms that judges do not search homes, and that the March 4, 2020 search of Mr. Gibson’s house was unconstitutional and “serious misconduct,” both the defendant judge, as well as her current and former bailiffs, continue to defy the Supreme Court, even threatening to do it again.

So, quick question, not seeking legal advice or planning to tret it as such, nor encouraging others to do so(!!), now that these searches have been declared unlawful.. can I sweep them off my doorsteps, basically resisting in states that expect you to resist unlawful arrests and searches, not talking of SYG mind you, or would I do better with just passively resisting and going for the throat afterwards, through complaints, lawsuits and court actions? 🤔
Out of 80 countries there are only 2, Iraq and Afghanistan, that have LOWER standards to become a law enforcement officer than the US!!! LET THAT SINK IN???? Law enforcement is the DUMBEST MOST CORRUPT "profession" IN AMERICA!!! They need LESS training than a BARBER, yet they are issued a badge, gun and arrest powers WITH qualified immunity!! They train more on how to apply "pain compliance techniques" and how to shoot/kill and abuse/arrest citizens than they do on the LAWS!!! Would you allow a plumber or electrician who didn't know their jobs work on your house?? Then why are we continuing to allow law enforcement who doesn't know the LAW be out there taking away people's MONEY, FREEDOM and in some cases LIVES??? We must abolish qualified immunity!! The "officer safety" phrase is a FARCE!! In 2023 there were 1329 citizens killed by law enforcement officers a 6.13% INCREASE and 136 law enforcement officers killed by citizens a 39% DECREASE!! So how can they continue to use "officer safety" as an excuse for anything?? All the FTP, ACAB, DEFUND, AUDITS and any other anti-police movements that are mainstream now a days are a direct result of THEIR OWN ACTIONS!! They EARN THE HATE every single day video after video and don't care because they have qualified immunity and know NOTHING will happen to them!! We the People DEMAND BETTER!!!
I think he's just outrageous that a judge would declare she was allowed to enter a man's house without a search warrant, to allow the ex-wife to go through his property and claim what was hers!

The Court has ruled it illegal. So deal with the deputy who would do it again as you would anyone breaking in your home. That's how you stop it.

The only way to make them accountable is to charge them with the crimes they did! If the prosecutors deny charges, then they need to be charged with the crime of not doing the job they took an oath to do. It seems the law enforcement brach including prosecutors and judges, cover for the criminal enterprise they have created.

The judge was denied judicial immunity but the cops were granted qualified immunity. That's why they're fine conducting illegal warrantless searches. Qualified immunity needs to end.
ARE WE AFRAID TO SAY THE WORD "TYRANNY". This is IT folks…. plain and simple, so sit back and do nothing OR the people in that locale shall get a posse together and take the Judge and Deputies to prison immediately. Take all their assets (cars, homes, boats, RVs, bank accounts, etc) and divide it equally to the plaintiff and others who were ever directly affected by this judges AND the deputies actions.

The way the world is going, it's really nice to see that people are standing up for their rights and also bringing unethical, tyrannical and violent cops to justice.. You are a critical part of the checks and balances of the legal profession.. Holding these police accountable for their actions is needed badly.. If tragic events like I've seen over and over on your channel are not brought to light, then nobody could benefit from seeing them, for that again, Thank you!!
