  1. You dabbled with this format 3 years ago but never attempted to make more.
I feel you're missing out on an untapped source of material.
There are SO MANY law shows out there you could pick apart. I know I'd watch.
I've learned a ton about law since finding this channel. I memorized all the stop and ID states 15 minutes after learning about it from you. I know sooooo more about my states law now than I did a year ago and it's b/c of this channel.
You should give more consideration to this kind of content. It's really good stuff.

  2. I really liked this kind of thing.
If I could suggest a show I'd suggest BONES a show from FOX that is complete. Though it may take a little more research because it's the FBI so has to do with multiple states and how to navigate that. But I think it would be fun.

  3. The silly show made the mistake of assuming that the people still had a fraction of their 4th amendment rights. Silly show, the people no longer have 4th amendment protection under any circumstance and this channel loves to reiterate the current state of the law, regardless of the unethical (trampled on our rights) nature of it.

  4. Considering that Joe was a shady mechanic working in a chop shop/junkyard, I’m gonna give him a pass on getting some of the details wrong. The fact that Hank was like any other cop who probably knows he’s playing a little fast and loose with the rules already, made it effective bit of dialog because it’s not like Hank had a smart phone to fact check him on the spot, and it sounded plausible—that combined with Hank trying to be a good cop, and nail the bad guy without having his case fall apart was also a driving factor. He figured watching it was an option and that if he just got the warrant brought to him that would make for damn sure everything was on the up and up when the case made it to court.

He didn’t anticipate the mind games that Walter played on him.

  6. 7:35 This scene has a lesson for both cops and everybody else. The lesson for cops is learn your damned job so you don't get tricked. The lesson for everybody else is learn the law to protect yourself from dirty cops, or at the very least, enough to be able to fake it and talk speciously enough to outsmart cops who don't know their job. 😒

  7. When is the next episode of this format coming? I've been watching all your videos from most recent to furthest back and this is the first one like this I've seen. Wish you had done more of them as they are interesting and could bring a wider audience to your channel to also learn about the real life encounters you do.

  8. What about the arrest where Walk is pulled over for having a broken windshield, is asked to stay in his car, but gets out and then is pepper sprayed and arrested for yelling I have rights at the police officer.
