Why Alec Baldwin Didn’t Plead Guilty to Deadly ‘Rust’ Shooting

Who cares if the weapon was damaged they conducted all the tests they needed and the gun would not fire without out pulling the trigger they hit it with a hammer to get it to discharge and finally it broke so it was destroyed. Whether or not it was a cold gun he broke the 1st rule of handling a gun. Treat All Guns as Though They are Loaded!😮

26. When the prosecution initially offered a plea bargain of a misdemeanor charge with no jail time, I would have jumped at it in a second before they had a chance to change their minds. Surprised that Alec Baldwin didn’t take up on it. I think that’s far better than to wait and let this case go to trial where you never know how the jury may decide.
