  1. So, he’s driving with his wife, 4 young kids and he decided to pull over to record the police in action? This clown has no respect for his family, he just pulled over to get clicks and views for his pathetic YouTube page.

  2. Kudos for one of the fairest grading I've seen. It's important to also mention the things that a Citizen may be doing, maintaining a non bias view. I think that's a very important aspect of this channel that unfortunately some other channels tend to ignore .

    Cheers!

  3. The only problem with his argument is that ethics and morality aren’t upheld by criminals which is why police have to use at times deceptive tactics in order to catch them.

The idea of a cop being a perfect by the book hyper righteous person is not realisticz

The same way criminals are deceptive the same way cops have to be it’s a matter of fighting fire with fire

  4. Just because someone CAN film police doesn't mean they HAVE TO. This auditor is really obnoxious and takes a really condescending tone at times. His poor family, having to sit there while he argues with police. I am sure his kids are sick and tired of him doing this when they are out together. He seems to think he is better than police. And NOBODY threatened this auditor with violence. Geez, dude. Take a chill pill.

  5. In my opinion the auditor deserved at best a C-. When the sergeant came over to de-escalate the situation he escalated it by talking about things that had nothing to do with what the original issue was. He was absolutely right with the first two officers, but completely lost his way when the sergeant came. The sergeant did a wonderful job A++

  6. The guy recording is insufferable. Oh my God the amount of times I cringed when he said some thing it’s like he’s trying to troll someone in real life and doesn’t realize that he’s coming off like a complete doofus. He’s doing a disservice to the auditing community and the constitutional is trying to uphold it put down the camera and go parent your kids.

  7. Lol a B+? What's lower than a C- which isn't an F?

He was within his rights throughout, however he was a complete asshole whilst doing so. On top of that, had his wife and 4 kids in the car whilst he decided to stop there.

  8. It’s obvious that these officers suffer from a small gene pool, and inbreeding. That is the only logical explanation for being so ignorant of the laws that they are sworn to uphold. It’s scary that these thugs have any authority over the public at all…..

  9. I was on this guy's side until he started hair-splitting over traffic warrants.
If you fail to pay your traffic ticket or if you fail appear in court to fight the traffic ticket then a judge issues a warrant and police will arrest you and you will be compelled to appear before a judge.
The two officers were definitely butthurt and acting all Eric Cartman-y.
    The sergeant behaved well.

  10. The guy filming wants the police to give him all details about a traffic stop that he's not involved in. And then wants the cops to let the arrested person go (use their discretion). He's not a serious auditor.

  11. Here is the thing, for all of you who think this type of behavior is ok, have no idea of what an officer has to deal with on any call, let alone a traffic stop, which is the most dangerous. I would argue that he placed his kids in danger! Officers have no idea who they are stopping and if they are armed. This guy is a shithead! I really hope laws come in for street audits. Also, he is impleading the officers investigation. Sure his wife is so proud of her husband, not to mention the garbage he is teaching his kids!

  12. B+ give me a break, creeping up on officers in the middle of a traffic stop which is a dangerous situation. Being condescending to the female cop, asking her age. Acting entitled to information he's not entitled to. Wasting the sergeants time with nonsense of how he thinks the law should work.
