  1. I know this is old John, I've been binge watching your channel you really informed it and thank you! I put in for a clinical trial for a device that may help with my phantom pains since my leg was cut off. The doctor I talked to was doing the vaccination clinical trials and he was absolutely livid. He said it wasn't that they cut corners just they didn't do the tests. I am an unvaccinated American. I've never heard a doctor dropped so many f-bombs in one conversation. I grew up in the Vietnam era I don't trust anyone especially the government. I watched my friends and family get fired from hospitals because they would not get the vaccine now when I go to the doctor I've got a bunch of incompetent zombies taking care of me. That might be unfair but I was kicked out of my cardiologist office and my lung doctor's office because I didn't have papers for my service dog show me your papers! If you don't show me your papers I know the law you don't and either produce the papers or I'm calling the police. I have new doctors filed a complaint with the ADA for what that's worth. Anyhow keep doing what you're doing John people need to know this shit

  2. My employer, a rural hospital in Southern, WV, put out a vaccine mandate 5 weeks ago. And for 5weeks we’ve been told (unless religious or medical exemption is granted – case by case review) we’d be terminated if we’d not received at least the first vaccine by Sept 15, 2021, which is today. I’m not vaccinated. I worked today and actually had to take it upon myself to go to admin to see what the plan of action was, as no one had approached me. I was given a letter stating that I’d be suspended for 6 MONTHS WITHOUT PAY. After 6 months, if I’d taken the vaccine, I could return to work. However, in the upcoming 6 months, my job will be posted and most likely filled. So IF I decide to take the vaccine, but my position has been filled, they will employ me with a similar job, but likely not the same one (I’m an RN working as our education coordinator- there is only one such position). If I still DON’T get the vaccine, then I’ll supposedly be terminated. But bluff was called today, so who’s to say it won’t happen again in 6 months? If I take it and don’t like the available position, I guess I can just quit…. Which seems like that’s exactly what they want, as that’s not them firing me, but instead my choice to leave. I’m furious. Thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Enumerated and unenumerated unalienable rights (civil rights) are absolutely not just a restriction of government. These are rights that no man or government created by man has the authority to offend. And, that includes private companies and corporations and organizations. Not even the individual may sever themselves from their unalienable rights.
    Corporatism, having the legal status as an individual, has leveraged itself in our society as having more power, more say and more influence than that of any single individual. Which is, of course, in and of itself the antithesis of all of our tenets.

  4. THIS right here; I have been wondering for MONTHS why businesses can't be sued for this. IF government is mandating businesses only allow people who have been vaccinated (al la New York City); aren't these businesses acting on behalf of the government in such a case (agents of the government by proxy)? Doesn't this infringe upon a person's 4th amendment rights? I don't see how this changes if government requires weekly (semi-weekly in California) testing for those who haven't had the COVID vaccine.

  5. is it against your rights, overreach to force your workers to undergo a medical treatment against their will, sure, so what who's going to stop them. the little guy has no choice you want to go into such a place you have to, you want to work there you have to, no government agency, no laws will protect you. nice to say you can gamble and attempt to sue, big deal big companies get sued all the time, meanwhile you are out of a job, etc., most of us are not well off and can hire a lawyer on a chance it might work out years down the road, our bills are due now not in several years.

  6. According to a conversation I had with the EEOC years ago it's against the law for a company to require you to undergo a medical procedure in order to obtain or retain employment. I was being forced to do a sleep study but I don't see a difference.

  7. So from this conversation we learn that the Constitution ceases to protect employees (generally) at the employer's door where most people spend the greater part of their lifetime. Guess the Constitution is only effective for "off the clock" time?

  8. Look up Environmental, Social Justice and Government (ESG) Credit score. This scary crap they’re trying to extort buinesses now. You don’t have good score they will make life difficult for your business. On a global scale. We must fight this crap.

  9. Driving while 😷, Walking 😷, Socializing 😷. You may have a right to wear it but, it shows how Govt uses media as a powerful tool to influence your life for their agendas. They throw out some crazy black race statistics scaring them how their race are more prone to be infected. Majority of blacks in Alabama wearing 😷s. Be free, when God wants you He'll take you!! Govt can't stop our God, Jesus, Holy Spirit

  10. Hi John, seems this BULLYING just Grows. I've had enough in many areas, that's why i'm trying to Learn more of Constitutions, the Rights of the people and How to use them.

    Recently their, people, Affidavits – Putting our Govt, State & Fed, Agencies, etc, On Notice for their wrongful actions. HAS WORKED. ie: Masks, Election Audits . . .

    I was laid off due to the financial crisis/burden my employer was enduring due to the COVID closures. My employer has a 1 billion dollar endowment available to them and the employee who took on my job responsibilities died and created a vacancy in my department which would allow me the right to return to my previous position. You don't Sue gun manufacturers for a criminal pulling a trigger, the true criminals are the purported authorities politicians the government, this is just feeding into and providing supportive evidence of contentions of tin foil adders and conspiracy wing nuts as being correct put two and two together, they are trying to screw business as it's part of the agenda and further divide we the people those in positions of authority are just puppets of the puppeteers puppeting you poppets, if anyone should be sued guess who that's right you're purported Representatives whose true constituency is those in the shadows duh

  13. What happens when a company forces its employees to get the vacsean or get fired an the employee gets sick or dies from the vacsean can the employee or employee's family file a wrongful death lawsuit or the employer be charged with murder for the situation

  14. I wonder about the long term possibilities of future deaths from this experimental vaccine. On the other hand my friend’s liver numbers improved unexpectedly after she got a vaccine. Go figure.

  15. My friend (back in the 1990’s) used to do some service work for the CDC outside of Atlanta. He became friends with a couple of research scientists who told him they were designing viruses to reduce the population. Expect a plague. So now…ok…look what we have…But also at the Standing Rock protests to keep the oil companies from drilling without permits and permission on tribal land-the helicopters and small planes that flee over sprayed some liquid mist down on the camps and everyone got the “Standing Rock flu”. But they were caught at this back in the late 70’s or early 80’s (?) can’t recall exactly but a boat on the Potomac was caught spraying a “flu” virus across toward the City. Nothing new about germ warfare. We Natives know about the smallpox blankets given to the tribes.
