Just today the WV Governor signed a bill making WV a Second Amendment sanctuary of sorts from the federal government. There’s a lot of things going on in the world of federal gun control efforts at the moment. The GOA – Gun Owners of America is neck deep in fighting back against it. With me tonight is Luis Valdes, the Florida Director of the GOA, a well known Second Amendment advocate to discuss what’s going on.

Communist Cubans: dear old dad hunted them down in South America in the mid 1960's (they almost killed him twice). You know who he worked for. We come from the true discriminated and abused class: Irish Americans! Lol! And, we love to fight! I'm in a "mixed race" marriage: my wife from Scottish and English stock. And, we did get off the boat in Jamestown and Plymouth Colony! And four + native tribes.
GOA is the only National true Second Amendment group. If I move to West Virginia (your dirty, even criminal, local law enforcement is holding me back) I'll consider running the GOA in West Virginia. Larry knows me from homeschooling from decades ago. I'm not new to West Virginia.
Bright idea! (Say "Hi!" to Larry P.: he knows me): hold gun shows near the Capitol when you have legislation days in Tallahassee. Big firearms expos! Customers can move back and forth between the firearms expo and the Capitol in Tallahassee.
I was a professional in the good side of public safety: fire and rescue. We had daily and weekly classes in our various specialties. To include the various laws. Law enforcement has no credible excuse to know the laws. None! Daily and weekly classes on the law should be required from the chief/sheriff on down. Can't find the time!? That is poor management and incompetent administration. Fire the chief and/or training officer and get new. Most law enforcement agencies are poorly managed, leadership non-existent. A good, a true, a professional law enforcement agency, the chief should be the antagonist of every law enforcement officer under him or her. If the chief needs a friend, get a dog. Sic Semper Tyrannis!
Do not compare Republicans to conservatives. Not all, probably less than half, of Republicans are "conservative". A RINO is not a Republican. It sounds like your West Virginia "Republicans" are RINOs. Not conservatives. You cannot be a "conservative", Republican or otherwise, if you are anti-Second Amendment, pro-abortion and against the individual rights, you are not a "conservative".
Texas Gov. Abbott: he needs to clean out the dirty, even criminal law enforcement before I will ever support him.

If I am prevented from my "Constitutionally Verified Right" to bear arms anywhere outside my home, that would definitely be an infringement on my human rights, my natural rights and also my "Constitutionally Verified Rights", regardless of any Roman supreme court finding or ruling, for the Bill Of Rights is the "SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND", and to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government, we will inherently be required to leave the supposed safety of our homes and out fenced lots. All "RIGHTS" enumerated within the Bill Of Rights are "absolute", and any infringement upon any of those absolute rights, immediately, and inherently, transforms our rights into "privileges", and we do not have a bill of privileges, regardless of what Biden's caretakers forced him to say. There is NO LAW against yelling fire in a crowded theater, but the consequences of such stupid activity could be very damaging to one's wallet if someone in the theater hurts themselves while attempting to escape a supposed fire. 2018 I did notify the DNR commander who promised to educate a 6month on the job DNR officer who stopped me w a 22 Ruger charger w open bolt & no ammo clip present on my back sling checking my mail here in rural wv , he pulled over got out & at gun point demanded my firearm , he then ran my serial number creating a record in Fusion system , he returned it to me when it came back clear & I asked why he held me at gunpoint to my head as it was unnecessary & he disgusting stated it's because I once was in the army .
Good question how did he know that ? Why did he feel gunpoint for that reason was justified ?
I did also notify the Head of the BLM in Wash who was not amused
I didn't know John yet or I may have gone a different legal route .
That young officer was told to have no Futhermore future contact with me = appreciated 🙂

I feel the Federal Open fields doctrine needs addressed & their methods feel wrong ; their Communitarianist "entrapments" seem to feel like Trespassing vs my Property Liberties
