  1. Audit the audit are you such a frauditor lover that you blindly ( pun intended) or intentionally choose not to see that this clown is NOT BLIND!!!!!! He does this on purpose and uses his Veteran status as an excuse to justify his behavior! I myself am an Army Veteran and it sickens me to see someone abuse their Veteran status to grift on youtube!

  2. Update. The blind guy was found guilty of resisting arrest and trespassing in state district court, appealed to state superior court, but then failed to appear in state superior court and is the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant from state superior court for failure to appear.

  3. If the building security asks you to leave you're technically trespassing from that point on they're not police officers they're not obligated to hold up any of your rights the job of police is or atleast should be to protect your rights and the rights of others from you, and if someone is telling you to leave their building you're breaking their rights of ownership which even public health centers owned by the government can be run through other healthcare corporations

  4. I know shit happened and our rights are being trampled on continually, but this is one of the most entertaining audits. That first officer is just a stone cold stubborn old man.

He's so bad it's literally laughable.

  6. See, the further i get into your videos the more im vecoming to disagree with your calls.

Mrs. Lesley and yhe responding officers were in the right for what they did. They explained the situation multiple times to the individual, recognized and understood the imparity of the individual, and gave chance after chance after chance to said individual.

What started as shut off the camera, turned into you have to leave. Their duty is to serve the entirity of the public, and to uphold the integrity of the rules the building reasonably has. In a state of court as you said it would more than likely end up weighing on the side of the deputies and the health dept. and not mr. Nelson. He violated the rules set in place legally, refused to abide by them (as a recording of the building though it can help once he has gone home, it is not for in-real-time seeing. He is able to move and function on his own.) And then after given multiple warnings refused to leave the building. The rights of the many outweigh the desires of the few.

A more correct and unbiased rating to the other deputies is an A- with mrs. Lesley an A+, as they did try to de-escalate the situation, provided information to any and all questions asked by Mr. Nelson, and after a refusal to comply to the legally enforcable rules of the building, still then asked him to leave instead. They did not jump to the end after Mr. Nelson first refused, and after exhausting every other option available, they had no other choice then to use force to remove Mr. Nelson. Though it is unfortunate Mr. Nelson suffered very minor physical damage, he never would have sustained it if he had complied with the officers very clearly legal orders. Mrs. Lesley obtains an A-, as she never escalates the situation, and even after exolaining to Mr. Nelson the rukes that he is required fo follow never takes matters into her own hands and leaves it to the police. She also stepped in and de-escalated the situation that was unfolding between Mr. Nelson and the security guard. The only wrongdoing she is guilty of committing is not identifying she security guard to Mr. Nelson.

Mr. Nelson should recieve a B- as though he fully understood his own personal rights and laws, he failed miserably at the understanding and comprehenstion of the laws regarding the buildings rules and for resisting the officers numerous warnings which then developed into legal commands to exit the building. In his arrogance of self importance, he infringed upon the rights of any other public person that entered or left that building, effectively violating the rights of the entire public, and refused to comply even after this having been explained. The ONLY reason he gets a B- over a C is because at the very least he was well informed about the basis of his own rights, just not how they apply in certain settings such as this one.

PLEASE Audit the Audit, your information is nearly impeccable, your dialog is superb, the explanations of every law is very easy to follow. But when it comes down to your rating system it is very evidently biased against the police force. That is not to say you dont rate citicens very low when deserving, because you do. However, this specific video has been the most eggregious example i have come across so far. Please be fair in the rating system, theres enough biased hate against the police force. You have the perfect platform to dispel that bias using clear cut facts and logic well explained even children could understand it. Dont squander it.

  7. These officers
Calvin Robeson & Capt. Vince Daugherty of Guilford Co. Secuity are monsters, evil corrupt human beings with no ethical or moral compass & Mrs. Leslie I guess she's the building manager of the Health Dept. also made no attempt at deescalating the issue. All of these individuals failed to recognize that his cameras & other devices are aids for his disability. Instead they were focused more on the cameras being used as supposed Hippa violations then this man wanting information on health services. I have never in all of my life seen such horrible treatment of another human being & a veteran to boot. This man fought to keep us safe & to make sure our rights are protected. The cruelly that Officer Robeson sujected Mr. Nelson to is nothing short of criminal. All three of these individuals should be fired & arrested for there part in this injustice. The way that woman just stood there & watched & whispered to Mr. Daughtery amazed me, later in the video she can be seen smiling as they are wheeling Mr. Nelson away how you can set there, watch & do nothing as this man is begging for help, is beyond me. The way they choked & assaulted this man was devastating I was liiterally screaming at my TV…! I swear these people need to pay for there crimes. They call North Caralina the Bible belt. But everything i have seen is pure evil…! I simply can not believe that a diabled person in America today & a veteran as well can be treated like this man is being treated…! There has to some kind of attorney program that takes civil rights cases like this pro bono. A good attorney would decimate these people in court especially with all the video proof…! I would give anything to see the looks on all of their faces when they are sitting in court getting ready to be sentenced for all the carnage they created…! Then to ad insult to injury be sure to sue the hell out of them in civil court. Don't leave them nothing make them have to beg, borrow & steal to make up for what they did to this man. Although all the money in the world probably wont make up for the nightmares & distrust he has for people of authority…! I will pray that justice is served…!!!

  8. Even a lawyer just out of law school could have a field day with a lawsuit over this. I hope he sued the hell out of them and collected a huge amount of money and all the people involved got fired.

  9. The building in this video is now shut down forever and the criminals who used to work there are now living in homeless shelters for discrimination against law-abiding citizens including those with disabilities; aggravated assault against law-abiding citizens including those with disabilities; violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act; violation of city, state, and federal laws; and violation of the Constitution of the United States of America.

  10. WHY is the part where he was injured cut from this clip? I think this guy deserved an F. Dude wouldn't leave, and I would guarantee he gets nothing in any lawsuit. I would love to see where he was injured.

  11. Was the auditor in the wrong? Everyone talking about how they mishandled it, which is true, but he should have turned off the device. Calling it assistance while being an auditor seems EXTREMELY disingenuous

  12. Anyone working for the public should know that HIPAA applies to them, and none of that information should be viewable from the public areas. If this guy saw it, he would not be held responsible. The government/medical body would. Punitive fines may be assessed against the violating employee.

I hate when these government/medical/quasi-government entities they to pass the buck on their responsibilities. Take HIPAA information to a back room. I hear cops doing DUI check points saying similar things. If you’re going to have a citizen’s medical, or other sensitive information exposed to the sidewalk, you’re just dumb at that point.

  13. Im sorry but i understand how someone walking into a health building public or not he should not be recording a building like that has many vulnerable people going in for very private and sensitive matters i however ador the use of force this situation they could have been handled in a non violent way and all should be fired

  14. Sorry ATA .. these BureaucRATS simply don't have the Authority nor the RIGHT to apply arbitrators Policy that's in conflict with our Rights and the Law.

How many times must we see this happen in Publicly Funded Facilities??

These BureaucRATS impose Feelings Policy and Wants over and over impinging on Citizen Rights… so often resulting in unnecessary Violence, Arrests, and Legal Problems for Citizens while BureaucRATS are RARELY held to account nor any standard..
